This natural stone holiday home in Soturac has a neat design and is perfect enough for a large family with children. Outside you have a terrace with plancha for long and pleasant summer evenings. There is a private swimming pool where you can indulge in refreshing dips. The holiday house is adjoining another accommodation, but you have your private space without meeting other tenants.

This place is perfect for walking and hiking trails. You can relish delicious meals from the restaurant located 3.6 km away. A full day trip to Bergerac and Sarlat-la-Canéda is also possible.

The house is re-done using materials of high quality. The air conditioning keeps the house cool indoors. The ground floor has a living room to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix on the TV, an open kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave for preparing tasty specialities and a storage room. On the first floor, you have two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. The kids can sleep peacefully on the children's bed. There is a washing machine for your convenience. A zen and nature break awaits you!

The accommodation must be left in the condition in which it was found (in terms of cleanliness and with shutters, doors and windows closed), upon departure from the accommodation.

The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
