The apartment, located in the basement, is modern and lovingly furnished and offers a bright, sunny atmosphere for 2-3 people. It is situated in a quiet location (one-way street), has access to the garden, and is 50 sqm in size with a separate entrance. It includes a double bedroom and a shower room. The kitchen was newly and completely equipped in 2020 with an integrated oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc. In the house, there is a sauna with a relaxation room for our guests.
The apartment is available for rent. is also suitable for trade fair guests, incl. Wi-Fi and a parking space right in front of the house.

Our apartments are situated in the nature park Steinhude and just to offer the holiday maker a lot of nature lovers. (Biking, hiking, water sports, etc.) Our central location is about 2 miles from the Steinhude and compared to Steinhude very Nearby there are shops and restaurants. Trips (to nearby Dino Münchehagen, Heide Park Soltau, Safari Park Soltau, Walsrode Bird Park, Luneburg Heath, Bremen and Hanover Expo and the medieval towns of Celle and Hamelin are on offer.
