From October to April, you can rent one of the three rooms as a Bed and Breakfast option—prices upon request. Bed linen and towels are included in the daily rate for Bed and Breakfast.
The homeowner lives in the adjacent building, in a separate living unit with its own entrance, and is your local contact person. Dogs unfortunately not allowed.

Enjoy the fantastically located property with a view of the mountains of Corsica.
In the spacious garden of 3000 square meters, there is room to romp around or to lazily lie on the sun loungers in the sun. The 40 square meter pool (open from April to October) is ready for a cool dip. Solar shower with hot/cold water is located right next to the pool. If the sea is preferred, at Cap Sud 3km away (5 minutes by car), there is a wonderful sandy beach. Attached to the pool is an outdoor kitchen, equipped with dishes, a stove with 4 gas burners, plenty of garden furniture, a large 3 m long dining table, and enough garden chairs. Stone grill Nairobi right next to the summer kitchen. Various ball games and board games are available for our guests to use freely.
Private petanque court, lit in the evening and with a cozy seating area. The holiday home is located 35 km south of Bastia (port) in a quiet residential area in the small town of Querciolo, 5 km before Folelli, near Vescovato (road D337). Thanks to the new highway from Bastia, it takes about 40 minutes from the port of Bastia to the house; please take the Arena exit. You will receive the driving coordinates when you book.
From the house, there are beautiful excursion destinations in all directions, into the mountains or to the villages.

Mrs Regado, our bead for the House is responsible for the reception of guests, key collection and cleaning of the House. If you clean during the holidays so ask Mrs Regado.
The swimming pool is every 2-3 days by our pool of specialists

Perfect holiday - pure relaxation - fantastic accommodation
If you think Corsica is only a summer holiday destination, you are wrong. We had a very nice Bed & Breakfast week in the beautiful Villa Miramonte. Fantastic weather, the very well-maintained accommodation, the large, paradisiacal property - well, we didn't use the pool in the "winter" :-) and the hospitality of the hosts contributed to the perfect holiday in Corsica. We will definitely be back!

This is a great house, very cosy and tastefully decorated. The outdoor kitchen is just great. The pool and garden were also absolutely perfect. Everything has been thought of, such as a ping-pong table, tennis rackets, etc. The service on site was very, very nice. The on-site service was very, very nice. The house is in a quiet area and the beach is 5 km away by car. We can highly recommend the house/landlady/local support.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Es liegt ca. 30 Autominuten südlich von Bastia.
free time activities: Der Strand ist ca. 5 km vom Haus entfernt und sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Garten selbst ist herrlich groß für alle möglichen Freizeittätigkeiten für Groß und Klein. Wer gerne wandert ist nach kurzer Anfahrt im Gebirge.
shopping facilities: Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der nähreren Umgebung (5-10 Autominuten). Am Sonntag kann man in Borgo den nächsten Supermarkt ansteuern (ca. 15 min. Auztofahrt).

a dream vacation in a dream house
The Villa Miramonte leaves nothing to be desired for a perfect vacation. The well-kept house is tastefully furnished with a lot of love and goes far beyond the standard of a normal holiday home. The garden with the great summer kitchen and the large pool invite you to linger. In the surrounding area, there are many possibilities for leisure activities, and the weather in Corsica does the rest. Many vacationers will surely come a second time. All in all, the villa can only be recommended!!

Beautiful holiday home, quietly located with a wonderful summer kitchen. The way to the beach is approximately 4 km. Car or bicycle is necessary. The nearest bicycle rental is in Moriani Plage, on the right at the entrance to the village.

A dreamy holiday retreat!
The house offers plenty of space and is very cozy furnished. The garden is huge and offers lots of space to play. The hedge of oleander bushes looks beautiful! The pool is just great! The beach can be reached by car in a few minutes. And even in the high season, there were very few people here. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!!!

free time activities: Strand in ca. 3 km Entfernung. Größerer Touristenort Moriani-Plage ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung!
shopping facilities: Den nächsten größeren Supermarkt erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten. Es gibt aber noch viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung!
