Holiday home Hallerstein31 in the Fichtel Mountains
Little info about the holiday home!
The holiday home was renovated and refurnished in 2020/21.
It has approx. 90 sqm of living space on two floors for 5 to 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a new bathroom with bathtub, a spacious living room with dining table and leather couch, a kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with double bed and a pantry.
On the 1st floor there is the second bedroom with double bed, another bathroom with shower, a reading corner and a children's room. An extra bed for infants is available.
Outside there is a covered veranda and a car parking space.
Free internet/wifi, pets allowed, central heating, satellite TV, radio, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and coffee maker go without saying.
The adjacent Förmitz reservoir invites you to swim, sail and surf and can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.
In the nearby Fichtelgebirge you can go hiking, cycling and also make other trips.
The Czech Republic is not far away for a day trip.

Beautiful cozy little house
The holiday home is lovingly furnished with everything one needs. The rooms were all well-maintained.
We found the small attention for all of us very nice.
We will certainly come back more often.

Wellness house
The hosts are super nice! We spent our Christmas/New Year's vacation in this beautiful house with our two dogs. It was lovingly decorated for Christmas and there were delicious gifts for the dogs and us under the Christmas tree. This old house immediately impressed us, it is even more beautiful than described. This combination of old and new has something special! Since we had a lot of bad luck with the weather and also due to illness, we were even happier to live in this great house. Everything is there to feel comfortable. In the pantry, there were delicious homemade treats. We will definitely come back to explore the beautiful nature and sights.

We immediately felt at home...
Not only was there a great homemade jam, we were also thrilled with the facilities. The barbecue was ready and the seating area invited us to linger. Whether washing machine, freezer or lovingly furnished rooms, we were very satisfied
The corner shop around the corner had excellent bread rolls or the ice cream directly from the farmer in the neighbouring village but also the lake in the immediate vicinity were our daily favourites. The surroundings are beautiful and many things are within easy reach.
We would definitely recommend it to others!

Super cozy holiday home for families
About this charming holiday cottage in the quiet town of Hallerstein, I can only report good things.
Very nicely and comfortably furnished as described, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking.
Due to the historical architecture, the ceilings/doors are not very high; if you are around 1.90m tall, you'll have to watch your head. :-)
Having a parking space right at the house is very convenient.
A highlight for my children, who are in kindergarten/elementary school, was the children's room and adjacent play area on the first floor: very lovingly furnished with lots of toys available (cars, puzzles, board games, picture books, art supplies, etc.). They even thought of toy boats and rubber ducks for the bathtub. :-)
For adults, there is a cozy reading corner on the first floor with a good selection of books.
Truly a fair low price for everything that is offered.
The location in Hallerstein/Schwarzenbach is great for various trips to the Fichtel Mountains, for which you also get good suggestions from a lot of flyers/brochures.
Conclusion: For a cozy and affordable family vacation, I can 100% recommend this holiday cottage!
