For families and dog owners. Flat also ideal for seniors. Wlan.
The house has on the ground floor a living room with tiled stove, extendable corner couch, SAT-TV flat screen, kitchenette and 1 shower room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 French bed), 1 living room with ceiling fan, radio/CD, 1 WC. Central heating, fly screen, smoke detector. Flat (18 sqm): 1 living/bedroom, SAT-TV flat screen, radio/CD, kitchenette, 1 shower room, fly screen, smoke detector.
Smoking is not allowed in the living rooms, outside and in the winter garden smoking area.
Bed linen and towels included.
Behind the house is the terrace with furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, small pool, sunbeds, car parking.
The property is fenced, dogs can run free.
Books, laundry service, massage in the house, dog sitting possible by the hour.

Location and surroundings of object
In the Balaton Basin at the foot of the Keszthely Mountains lies the spa town of Heviz. The capital of Lake Balaton, Keszthely, is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in 10 minutes via the new motorway. Here you will find beach baths with water sports, the harbour with excursion boats, the market, the pedestrian zone, many museums and all major supermarkets.
The Kehida thermal baths are also nearby, 8 km away. With 2000 square metres of water, wave pool, giant slides, children's pool, thermal pool, treatments, sauna area, whirlpool, sunbathing lawns, café, restaurant, families in particular will get their money's worth. Interesting excursions to our beautiful region. Small Balaton, castles, Tapolca Cave, Western Town, round trip and Lake Balaton with a detour to the Tihany Peninsula, the Balaton Uplands Nature Reserve, day trip to Budapest, wine tasting, Puszta trips, horse riding, motor sailing, balloon trips, farm weddings, horse shows, etc. there is so much to experience.
The holiday house is situated between the villages of Heviz 3km and Nemesbük 3km in a wonderful location. Quiet and yet central. In a few minutes you can reach Heviz with the largest thermal lake in Europe. Cures and wellness in Heviz. Keszthely on Lake Balaton is only 8 km away, as is the Kehida-Thermal adventure pool. The spa town of Heviz awaits its guests at any time of the year. Due to the unique microclimate, you can also take a cure in winter. In Heviz there are many leisure activities. The cosy wine taverns with regional cuisine and music invite you to stay. Operetta evenings, walks, Nordic walking, farmer's market, cafés etc.

Very nice, courteous and warm hosts
The water in the pool was tipping due to the weather. Mrs Hartmann made a huge effort to make the water usable again
to make the water usable again so that our little one could swim. Many thanks for that!
And of course for everything else you did for us
We are looking forward to the next time. :)

Very warm hostess the flat is clean and beautiful a real oasis of well-being for many activities unfortunately you can't take dogs with you Mrs Hartmann. She took care of them. We 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.
