his holiday home, furnished with great attention to detail, offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. It is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the field, just outside Erdeven. From here it's not far to the long sandy beaches and the many recreational activities.
Ground floor: Living/dining room with panoramic French windows to the terrace and garden, TV, W-Lan. Kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine. Washing machine. Sep. WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 1 with 1 french bed (160 cm), 2 with 1 french bed. 2 with 1 french bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Sep. WC. Baby equipment on request.
Large, sunny terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Wonderfully landscaped, sheltered garden. Enclosed property: 640 m². A small dog is allowed.
Electric heating.
Note: The house is occupied by the landlord out of season.

Perfect holiday home
Starting from the personal consultation during booking, through the friendly reception, the beautiful, tastefully furnished house with comfortable seating, and the spacious, blooming garden to the quiet, beach-close location, everything was perfect. We have never stayed so beautifully. Both the agency M,A.Bretagne and this special house are highly recommended.
