The holiday home in Parco Belmonte Brezzo di Bedero (near Luino) on Lake Maggiore in Italy can accommodate up to 6 people with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The house is fenced all around with laurel trees (large garden). Upper floor:. Living room with fireplace / dining area / bathroom WC / radio / TV / phone. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. 1 double bedroom. Large covered terrace with outdoor fireplace for barbecuing, and a beautiful round sun terrace. Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with direct access to covered terrace and garden. 1 small bedroom with two single beds. Shower WC/ small lounge. Covered terrace/ sunbathing area/ large garden with pond, shrubs, flowers and palm trees. Washing machine / heating. 1 parking place at the house. If needed there are more parking places in the complex. Pets are not allowed. Not wheelchair accessible. The house is very well maintained and nicely furnished. The house is located in Brezzo di Bedero (Parco Belmonte) in an elevated position in a very quiet area (single) 5 km from the Swiss border and 5 minutes by car from Luino. In three minutes you can reach the lake on foot. Very well maintained complex with swimming pool, children's pool, sunbathing lawn, children's playground, table tennis, boggi run, tennis court, grocery shop, small snack bar with terrace, beach directly on the lake. Our guests can use all this for free except the tennis court.

The legal enforcement of claims by the tenant through third parties in their own name is not permitted.

The view of the Lagio Maggiore cannot be described in words - you have to see it.
The service in the complex and the pool were just great.
