The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the upper old town of Rab with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Frkanj peninsula. The holiday home is close to the sea and beach and there are many restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Like all houses in the old town, this holiday home does not have its own parking space. However, guests are given a parking permit which allows them to park anywhere in the Old Town free of charge. Moorings are available in the town harbour, but are not included in the price. On the upper floor, the holiday home has 1 holiday flat of the I. category (***) for 6 persons, which can also be rented individually as holiday rooms.
Flat 1 for 6-7 persons has three double bedrooms with two WC/showers, a large kitchen-living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a large terrace from where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the sunset.

The island of Rab is protected and safe from cold and stormy winds due to its location at the foot of the Velebit mountains and the mountain Kamenjak. Mount Kamenjak can be deceiving from its bare side facing the coastal road and the Velebit Channel, but it is a real blessing for the island - it protects it from cold storms of the north wind Bora in winter and is a boon for the island's climate conditions in general.
Thanks to gentle vegetation and a mild climate, but above all thanks to the indented and sunny coastline and the azure sea, the endless sandy beaches, the seductive natural beauties as well as the millennia-old culture of various civilisations from ancient times to the present, the island has always been able to offer its guests many things.
