Nestled in quiet and natural idyll approximately 300 m distance from immediate neighbor. Villa offers you peace and quiet with a panoramic view on mountains and partly view on sea and islands. The house was built in Dalmatian style surrounded by stone walls and ornamental plants.
Outside area offers a 32 square meters heated swimming pool, outside barbecue with the covered outdoor dinning area, 6 pool chairs, 2 parasols and a lawn on south, 60 square meters large, where children can play on swings and creepers.
Inside the villa you have fully equipped kitchen with the dining and living area, both have exit to the pool. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with king beds (180x200), A/C, and en suite bathrooms (2 with a shower and one with a bathtub) and one additional sofa for 2 people.

There is possibility for you to participate in 'Mosor Grebenning'-trekking competition on marked footpaths of the Mosor mountain, which takes place in May or to participate in cultural summer theater 'Dani Ive Marjanovica' with free home-made food and drinks,which takes place in July and August. Visit to Museum of Poljicka Republic and St. Ciprijan church brings you back to ancient times and customes of the region and teaches you to lifestyle of the old people of Poljica.

You have the opportunity to rent bikes, to order catering, a masseur service also, all for an extra charge and all can be arranged at arrival.
There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
