Description

Our holiday home is situated on a large, fenced plot, ideal also with dog. New: Bathing barrel for year-round bathing pleasure Holiday house consists of a living room with fireplace, modern kitchen ,2 bedrooms each with a double bed (+ 1 couch for 2 persons), 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition to the flat, the holiday house has 1 bicycle room with 4 bicycles, 1 garden furniture room with enough garden chairs, tables and loungers, 1 small workshop and 1 wood storage room with wood for the fireplace. These rooms as well as the whole property are of course at your sole disposal during your holiday. TV with German, Swiss and French channels is available ()Internet and landline telephone connection are also available. Free calls to landline phones in Germany, Switzerland, etc. (except for special chargeable numbers). In addition to various indoor and outdoor games, there is also a table tennis table with accessories. We also have an outdoor solar shower. On the outdoor terraces you can also cook and grill with a large gas barbecue. There is also night lighting for the terraces. A garage and plenty of parking spaces are available on the fully fenced property.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home is about 6 kilometres from the picturesque medieval town of Louhans. The area is excellent for cycling and walking, locally or in the nearby French Jura, and is very suitable with dogs as the property is fully fenced. Everything is laid out at ground level and is also suitable for wheelchair users. Anglers also have plenty of opportunities in rivers and ponds in the immediate vicinity. On many weekends you can discover antique and flea markets in the immediate vicinity. Burgundy has a lot to offer in terms of culture and gastronomy with its medieval buildings and castles and the world-famous wine region. For all car and motorbike fans, there is the "Circuit de Bresse" about 7 km away, with a race track and go-kart track. If you just want to relax, you will find peace and quiet here, as the house is quietly located in the middle of the countryside on a little road with very little traffic. We live only 3 kilometres from the holiday home and will be happy to welcome you personally. Louhans is the capital of the Burgundian Bresse. Arcades and façades from the old town line the Grande Rue of the town centre, as well as numerous bistros and small shops, which invite you to stroll around. A focal point is the "Hôtel-Dieu" which was intended to receive the needy sick. It was built in the . Its jewel is undoubtedly the pharmacy, with a rare collection of vessels from the period. There is also a well-preserved print shop, founded in 1878, and much more.

Perfect bijoux

Attention: This holiday home in Burgundy has addictive potential! Once you've found your way there, you won't want to leave. At least that's what happened to us. The house called Coccinelle near the small town of Louhans is not only fully equipped, but above all it is very cosy and has a beautiful setting. We can only recommend this house! We thank the Lochers for an unforgettable time here in Burgundy and will be happy to come back. Tinu, Isa and our little dog Milli

wonderful holiday home

a very well furnished holiday home in the south-east of Burgundy, in a quiet location,
with a wonderful view over the countryside, well suited for nature lovers and holidays with dogs.
Very friendly landlords who answer enquiries promptly, handle the rental quickly and are happy to give tips for excursions in the area.
Sunny weather allowed us many interesting walks and excursions in the surrounding area.
We felt very comfortable in this house and will gladly come again.
