The Newlands is a small, friendly, licensed hotel. We are open all year including Xmas and New Year. All rooms are centrally heated with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. En-suites available. Situated off the promenade, 250yds from the beach & central pier - the ideal location within all year (including Christmas & New Year)
