Description
The holiday home Traube can accommodate six people.
On the ground floor is the kitchen including dining area and the daylight bathroom with shower. The adjoining bedroom can also be used as a living room. The armchair, the single bed, which serves as a sofa, and the satellite TV invite you to cozy evenings.
A spiral staircase takes you to the first floor to the bedrooms with wooden parquet floors. The room to the north has a double bed (1.4m x 1.90m). The room facing south is equipped with a double and a single bed (1.4m x 1.90m and 0.90m x 1.90m).

The farmhouse "La Vicomterie" located on a small hill, about 1 km from the village of Ver (300 inhabitants). A plot of 10 000 square meters, bounded on one side by a small stream with a pond offers plenty of space for all your needs: playing & relaxing! The little village of Ver see between the two towns and Gavray Cérences, about 20 km (inland from Granville in Ferienhof the rest is at home -. Near the sea The farm is located about 12 km from the sea: swimming, surfing, sailing - sandy beaches as far as the eye can see! The region is well developed for walking and for cycling. There is plenty to see on Culture History next to the famous "Mont-Saint-Michel" (France's No. 1 tourist attraction - located 50 km north of us): ancient monasteries, abbeys and castles, cities like Coutances (attractive cathedral ) and Granville (lively port with granitbehauener Upper Town), the Channel Islands (the ferry from Granville), the invasion beaches ... | You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. We are also happy to provide you with bed linen (10€) and towels (5€) made of certified organic cotton per person. For rentals of 14 days or more, bed linen and towels are free of charge. The cost of the final cleaning is 60€. The local tourism authority obliges us to pay 0,50€ per person and night. Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit of 30% of the rent will be retained. If you cancel 29 days before your stay or later, we will only refund the fees for final cleaning, bed linen and towels, the tourist tax, and the deposit.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturdays. Bed linen and towels necessary. In the winter months (as well as for off-season) heating costs incurred (meter for heating only). There is a one time deposit of 100, - Euro to be paid. Because of the spiral staircase in our "Second" it is advisable to travel with smaller pieces of luggage. After ten years in Africa, chance put us in touch with the La Vicomterie holiday farm. in 2016, we took over the farm and renovated it according to ecological principles. Since 2022, the holiday farm has been awarded the ecological label La Clef Verte or Green Key.
