The Cidre house is single-story. It was formerly part of the apple press. Walls of natural stone and old wooden beams create a welcoming ambiance.
From the covered terrace, you directly enter the cozily furnished living room with a sofa bed (extended 1.20m x 1.90m) and satellite TV. To the right is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and behind it a small daylight bathroom with a shower.
From the living room straight ahead leads to the bedroom with wooden parquet flooring (2 steps). Here, there is a king-size bed (1.80m x 2m) and a built-in wardrobe.

The farm is located about 12 km from the sea: swimming, surfing, sailing - sandy beaches as far as the eye can see! The region is well developed for walking and for cycling. The "La Vicomterie" is located about 50 km north of the famous "; Granville from (about 20 minutes), vibrant port city with old granitbehauener Upper Town, start ferries to the Channel Islands. | You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. We are also happy to provide you with bed linen (10€) and towels (5€) made of certified organic cotton per person. For rentals of 14 days or more, bed linen and towels are free of charge. The local tourism authority obliges us to pay 0,50€ per person per night. The deposit of 100€ will be refunded immediately after departure. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit of 30% of the rent will be retained. If you cancel 29 days before your stay or later, we will only refund the fees for final cleaning, bed linen and towels, the tourist tax, and the deposit.

You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. We also provide cotton bed linen (10€ per person) and towels (5€ per person) from controlled organic cultivation. For stays of 14 days or longer, this is free of charge.
The cleaning fee is 50 euros.
The local tourism authority requires us to collect 1.05€ per person per night.
The deposit of 100€ will be refunded immediately after departure.

After ten years in Africa, chance put us in touch with the La Vicomterie holiday farm. in 2016, we took over the farm and renovated it according to ecological principles. Since 2022, the holiday farm has been awarded the ecological label La Clef Verte or Green Key.
