Description
On the ground floor there is a living-dining area with wood-burning cooker, a fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with *** freezer compartment, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine, etc., a daylight shower room with WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
The partially covered outdoor terrace and the adjoining garden can be used directly via the access from the living room. Terrace furniture, parasol, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue are of course at your free disposal.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, flat screen TV with DVD player and direct access to the balcony) and a children's room with 2 separate beds (1.00 x 2.00 m).
Darkening possibilities and electronically controlled electric heating are available in all rooms.
All rooms have allergy-friendly tiled or laminate flooring.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
Smoking is also not permitted in the house
For your entertainment, there are flat-screen TVs with DVD players in the downstairs and upstairs rooms, a compact stereo system, a telephone system and board games.
Fibre optic connection with internet flat rate and telephone flat rate to the German fixed network are available free of charge!
Energy costs are included in the rent.

Our cosily furnished 3 room - non-smoking - comfort - holiday home, with its own parking space directly at the house, a fibre optic connection and with its 62 sqm living space, is suitable for 4 people.
It is situated on a 380 sqm property, approx. 500 m behind the dyke, in a holiday park at the North Sea, between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven, in Dorum - Neufeld.

Pure relaxation at the North Sea
We spent 9 beautiful days at the North Sea in Dorum-Neufeld. We really liked the holiday home; the good amenities matched the description and were more than sufficient. The beach and the fishing port are very easily and comfortably reachable on foot. Despite the many other holiday homes, it was very quiet and relaxing. We give a 100 percent recommendation.

Short trip over Easter
We had a wonderful and beautiful time together during Easter in this holiday home. There is only positive to say about the house and nothing negative. All rooms are very well equipped; we had everything we needed. The terrace, surrounded by the laurel hedge, provided us with a nice and private area from the street. Since the weather was still a bit cold in the evening, we made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace. The house is in a quiet location, but only a few minutes on foot from the Deichbäcker, where we got our fresh and very tasty rolls in the morning. It takes only a few minutes longer to reach the center. In the fishing harbor, there are small stalls where we enjoyed a freshly prepared fish sandwich and a freshly tapped beer every day. The service was excellent and the rental process was completely hassle-free. We say "thank you" and will recommend the holiday home further, and we will definitely come back!!!

Very beautiful holiday accommodation
At the holiday apartment Buß, we immediately felt comfortable. It is lovingly furnished, practical, and very well equipped. On the sheltered and sunny terrace, we could end the day after our bike tours and grill something delicious. It is a nice residential area, from which you can easily walk to the small town or to the dike. We were able to relax very well in the 10 days. Luckily, the weather was on our side. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful and well-kept holiday home
"We went on a short holiday there with our grandchildren (twins, 8 years old) for the second time. That says it all really. The house is very well-maintained, you can tell that the owner places value on it. The location in a holiday home area is good, it takes about 10 minutes on foot to get to the "center" of Dorum-Neufeld, and a few minutes longer to get to the fishing harbor in front of the dike.
It was pleasantly quiet at night. It was easy to ventilate the bedrooms upstairs thanks to well-fitting insect screens.
Everyday necessities are available on-site, and larger shopping trips can be done 6 km away in Dorum or now in "Wurster Nordseeküste" at the usual markets.
All in all: Highly recommended!"

Beautiful September holiday
Hello Mr. Russ,
we spent ten very relaxing days in your holiday home. It is modern and comfortably furnished and offers a lot of space. We wanted for nothing and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The terrace was particularly pleasant, offering a private area because of the beautiful planting. Here we could enjoy the evening sun and safely store our bikes.
We are passionate cyclists and have "all. ;-) " cycle paths between Cuxhaven and Wilhelmshaven unsafe.
In the mornings we enjoyed the fresh bread rolls from the dyke baker and also otherwise you are well catered for in Dorum-Neufeld.
We say THANK YOU for this beautiful holiday domicile and can recommend it 100 percent.
