Holiday home with its own small lake located in quiet and peaceful surroundings very close to Kulhuse harbor with all its cosiness and charm. The house consists of an entrance hall and on each side of the entrance hall is a room with a double bed. Open kitchen / living room, living room and an alcove with the possibility of extra beds. Furthermore, a nice bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to both a covered terrace and an open, large terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and watch the children play in the garden. The house has a cozy annex with two beds. Play equipment includes swings and a trampoline (trampoline is at your own risk / insurance). Furthermore, a campfire for cozy evenings. At the end of the terrace you can enjoy the view over the small cozy lake. In the lake there is a small rowing boat for free use. There are also two kayaks and a children's kayak incl. life jackets for free use. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The large garden with pond and boat, the many seating options, terrace hammock, trampoline and swing, annex sleeping possibility, kayaks, bicycle, wood stove and the proximity to the beach as well as the quiet area. The house is located in a very quiet area, near the fjord. The property offers many opportunities to relax, for the kids to play, and to be active. The house provides space for spending time together. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are very cozy. If you are used to sleeping in dark rooms, you should bring a sleep mask, as the blinds do not darken enough. Unfortunately, we have to deduct points for the bathroom. A new toilet would certainly be worthwhile, and the shower cabin should be a bit longer—otherwise, the toilet showers too. A supermarket is 5 minutes away by car, and the next one is about 15 minutes away. You can swim well in the fjord, take walks, and watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. The ferry gets you quickly to the next town, Hundested. The city of Frederikssund offers many opportunities for shopping, dining, or strolling. In 1.32 hours you arrive in Helsingborg (Sweden), highly recommended! Cycling and following the traces of the Vikings is another option. We were able to relax and recover very well there. The local people are very friendly and radiate a sense of calm and satisfaction. Recommendations: See previous text.
