House
The holiday home "Grüne Perle" is located on a 550 sqm fully fenced property. 2 cars can easily park on the paved parking area and in the garage

The cottage has three separate rooms. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed (140x200). On the 1st floor there is another bedroom (double bed 140x200) and right next to it a (children's) room with a sofa bed. A small bathroom is equipped with a shower

Staying with a pet is possible without any problems. For a pet we charge 10,00 € per night

Property
On the property is a sunny terrace and behind the house a large garden with a barbecue area. In the house we provide you free of charge Freifunk WLAN (3G, outside usually LTE). However, there is no compensation if due to technical problems the internet is temporarily unavailable. Not recommended for remote work.

The cottage is comfortably furnished and is heated by an auxiliary heater and a cozy fireplace.

Our cozy holiday home with 55 sqm of living space is located in a wonderful, quiet and sunny location in the Struga recreation area on the outskirts of the village of Stara Kiszewa (German Alt Kischau) in the Powiat Kościerski of the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship. The village lies 60 km south-west of Gdańsk.

Surroundings
Surrounded by green forests and lakes, it is the optimal starting point for many leisure activities in nature. Nordic walking, hiking, swimming, fishing, jogging, horseback riding (riding school nearby) depending on your mood or just relax far away from the big city and in the middle of nature, in the suburbs of a national park. The direct view into the opposite forest and the fishing lake, which is about 50m away from the house, let unforgettable vacation days end even more dreamlike. The bathing lake, which is approx. 500m away from the cottage, leaves nothing to be desired with its beautiful sunset and the dreamlike soundscape for families and children (visitor parking lots at the lake 'Jezioro Wielkie' are abundantly available)
If you still feel like it and are looking for a bit more 'action', you can head to the Baltic Sea to Gdansk for shopping, partying and cultural activities in just 45 min

Guaranteed relaxation

We were four with our dog for 14 days in the super cozy holiday home, everything we needed was available. The little house in the woods and the spacious garden were beautiful, here we and our dog could really enjoy ourselves.
The surroundings were great, the neighbors very nice, they live at some distance and are allowed to stay in front of their house.
We were particularly impressed by the nature, the forests untouched, beautiful lakes, diverse wildlife. Relaxation guaranteed. Mats, the landlord, always had an open ear and responded promptly to our questions. Dear Mats, you have a lovely little house in a beautiful setting. We recommend the house to anyone who loves nature.

Holidays in Struga: Struga is a small town located on the shore of Lake Ohrid in North Macedonia and is a popular tourist destination.

We were two people with a dog in Struga. If you love nature and absolute tranquility, this is the right place for you. We were woken up by birdsong, observed squirrels, and watched deer run along the fence.
Our dog could roam freely on the property and enjoyed exploring everything.
The house is cozy and functional. On cool evenings, we sat by the fireplace, which provided a comfortable warmth.
The surroundings are perfect for walking. Not far away is a lake for swimming, and nearby is a fishing lake.
Shopping opportunities and dining options are also within reachable distance.
A trip to Malbork (German: Marienburg) is highly recommended.
We felt very comfortable, thanks to the landlord!

Nature - just get out and enjoy the peace!

We enjoyed our vacation in Poland in a beautiful house in nature. It was fully equipped with everything. If we had any questions, we could write to Mats, our landlord, and received a response as soon as possible. We successfully went fishing at the nearby lake and were able to relax. To get to know the area, we went on bike trips. We can recommend this type of vacation to anyone who loves nature.

Wonderful vacation with dog

Vacation with a lot of peace and relaxation

The holiday home invites you in with its cosiness as soon as you enter. Everything you need is available. The completely fenced garden was a dream for our dog and we could sit on the terrace and enjoy the sun. The walking paths from the house lead directly into the forest, where you can relax and enjoy nature. The landlord is very friendly and is always available to help and advise. This holiday home is highly recommended.

Heavenly peace by the forest

There were 2 of us in Struga. Cute holiday home, you will find everything you need. Lovingly furnished. Large property right next to the forest. Very quiet, you could relax wonderfully. The landlords were very nice and obliging and spoke German very well. Heavenly peace and quiet. Shopping facilities in the Polo market about 5km away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Everything is great! Pure nature, clean air, and nice people.

I can only agree with my predecessor. The vacation house is far from the road (you still drive about 5 minutes on a country road), behind a forest and near the lake (the lake is more suitable for fishing, although I have also seen people swimming there). The second lake for swimming is about 10-15 minutes' walk away. The nearest town with a supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. is about 5 km away.

The area is very quiet and you can really relax overall. According to the motto: 'Relax, take it easy...'. We discovered a few new hiking trails, our dog definitely enjoyed the time the most.

We met another couple from Germany and found it interesting. I can recommend the house and the area. It is important to mention the contact with the host, always helpful and friendly.

From me, a thumbs up (like)!

Absolutely recommended! Ideal for nature lovers, families, and sports enthusiasts.

We were at Mats' vacation home a year ago. Mats recently asked us to leave a review, which we are happy to do.

The house is comfortably furnished and is suitable for both singles and families with children. We were there as a group of three (2 adults + 1 child) and had plenty of space. We took a few trips to Gdańsk and otherwise walked to the bathing lake (about 10 minutes on foot). We were lucky with the weather and overall had a relaxing vacation! Mats is extremely accommodating and always has an open ear. The communication with him was excellent (and especially in German, which definitely makes things easier).

Conclusion: perfect place for people (even with a pet, as far as I know, it's possible for an additional fee) who are looking for a quiet spot and want to organize an outing to the city from time to time.
