Villa Judita is a traditional two-story house dating back to the 17th Century, fully renovated with all the modern amenities guest needs for a very comfortable stay. With free WiFi, Netflix, flat-screen TV, Air-condition, and all the appliances in the kitchen. Located in Zadvarje village, a hinterland of Makarska Riviera with beautiful pebble beaches nearby, with natural shade by pine trees and so many gastronomic offers.
* The outdoor of Villa Judita offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m that is heated and has a hydro-massage. An outdoor dining area for 6 people, with a traditional barbecue, a fridge, and 4 deck chairs, sun umbrella. Surrounded by stones, with amazing panoramic views on the Biokovo mountain and Zadvarje landscape, gives you a perfect base to relax from your stressful work, and believe us, you will!
There is a parking place for two cars on a private plot (the level below the pool area)
* A living area is a few stairs up and offers A living room with Air-condition, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, Netflix, a comfortable sofa that converts into two sleeping beds 90 x 200cm, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a toaster, water kettle, a coffee machine Nespresso, a dining area for 6 people, and all you need for a comfortable stay. There is a separate toilet and a washing machine.
* A bedroom area is located on the lower floor using a spiral staircase from the living area. Bedroom no1 offers a double bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, a ceiling fan and A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom no2 offers a double bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, a ceiling fan, an A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower. Very thick stone walls will keep you cool in the summer in a natural and more healthy way.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the countryside offering absolute privacy and a peaceful environment. The opened views on a landscape of Makarska hinterland and Biokovo mountain, from every corner of the property and simply compliments this lovely stone villa with the sound of birds and crickets. It is just 5 km from the highway (Split - Dubrovnik) exit Šestanovac, 2 km from shops, restaurants, bakery, butchery, coffee bars in Zadvarje village. Make sure to visit a hundred-year-old fair of local products that are held every Tuesday in Zadvarje (2km from the villa). The largest localities in Makarska and Omiš are in approx. 30 min from the property. You are 15min far from Brela beaches (13km) and half an hour from Makarska Riviera, both known for their good nightlife and huge gastro offer, while on the nearby river Cetina and its waterfalls you have opportunities for adrenaline sports such as rafting and kayaking. If you prefer mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the cost is just beautiful, so each visit Biokovo provides a unique experience and you are only 1km far from the west side entrance. It is characterized by geomorphological phenomena and you can visit a new attraction from the East side of Biokovo, a Skywalk Biokovo, a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views. You can also visit Red and Blue Lake in Imotski (30min) the Nature phenomenon, sinkhole lakes.
The nearest airport is SPU, Split`s airport and you need 1 hour to get here. Famous town Split is 49km far and it is worth visiting since it has a great history and is the biggest and the most beautiful town in Dalmatia.
