Beautiful, family-run holiday flat in the Annabell guesthouse in a wonderfully central, quiet location for 2-4 people in country house style. Pets allowed on request.

Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet location in the climatic health resort Nesselwang (900 m above sea level), which is nestled in beautiful surroundings at the foot of the Alpspitz as well as the Edelsberg. You can reach the charming village centre with its cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities within 5 minutes on foot.
The ABC adventure pool, the tennis courts and the mini golf course are also within walking distance.
Hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks can be found right outside the front door or in the immediate vicinity.
In addition, there are two bathing lakes, the Alpspitz and a summer and winter toboggan run not far from the house.
At any time of the year there are numerous possibilities to spend your holiday around Nesselwang - active and/or relaxed, there is something for everyone!
As your hosts, we are particularly keen to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. We can always give you tips, for example, on hiking routes that are particularly worth seeing or on the current snow conditions on the surrounding ski slopes.
