Jadranovo. The holiday flat is located on a 300 sqm enclosed woodland property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
