Living/bedroom with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa (suitable for under 12 years), TV, dining area and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower facility, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate toilet with washing machine, 1 washbasin and toilet.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, electricity, water, bed linen, hand towels, pool, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 187,50 € per object per stay. Baby cot (please order when booking) on request 12,50 € per bed per day.
