Villa Bura and Villa Maestral, two independent and separate, stylish villas with a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. Villa Maestral offers 4 well-designed bedrooms and accommodates 8+2 people. The open dining and living room offers an exceptional view of the sea and the pool area. This magnificent property is thoroughly luxurious and features everything you would expect from an elegant, upscale 21st-century residence: a home automation system, an elevator connecting three levels, air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the building, built-in wardrobes, internet – Wi-Fi, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, outdoor video surveillance camera, etc.
* Villa Maestral is situated on a plot of 861 sqm and offers a total of 556 sqm of living space. It has 3 levels, connected by a staircase and an elevator. The first level offers a wellness and fitness area with a terrace and bedroom. The second level offers a living/dining area as well as a pool and bedroom. The third level is the rooftop terrace with an outdoor dining area, a grill, and a lounge area (with views of the Adriatic, the islands of Brač and Hvar). * Level 1: The 89 m² wellness area offers a beautiful spa area and includes a whirlpool for 6 people, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath cabin, a fitness room with a multifunctional training device, a treadmill, and a stationary bicycle. Additionally, there is a 28 m² loggia with 4 loungers and 2 loungers indoors for relaxing. There are two separate toilets and an experience shower. Bedroom No. 4 offers a 180 cm x 200 cm king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe.
* Level 2: This level offers a living/dining/sleeping area as well as a pool area. - The outdoor area offers a heated private pool with a hydromassage bench (18 x 3.8 m), a spacious sun deck area with 6 loungers, an outdoor lounge area overlooking the refreshing pool, and an outdoor shower. From the sun deck you can access the private terrace of each bedroom, where there is a coffee table for two people. - The interior includes a spacious 85 m² living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking sea views and direct access to the pool area from the dining and living area. The living area of this bright and airy room offers a flat-screen TV, a PS4, a fireplace, two comfortable sofas (which can be converted into a sofa bed), and a balcony with sea view. There is a very high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a dining area for 8 people, also with breathtaking sea views. There is a separate toilet. - This level offers 3 air-conditioned master bedrooms, each with a terrace to the pool area. Bedroom No. 1 (32 m²) features a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a television, a built-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a double washbasin, a toilet, and a bidet. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that connect the room to a gravel area (a private terrace, each 13 m²), which is perfect for your iconic morning cup of coffee while enjoying the tranquil view over the pool. * Level 3: A roof area (93 m²), accessible by elevator or stairs, offers a grill, a kitchenette with refrigerator, a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, and a cozy seating area with spectacular, elevated views of the Adriatic, coast and islands, as well as a view of the pool on the other side.
