Novi Vinodolski is located 9 kilometers from Crikvenica and definitely attracts many visitors driving on the main road towards the south of Croatia. The ideal mix of history, culture, sea and hospitality will impress every guest. Together with its location - between the green hills and the crystal blue sea and along the Vinodol valley - it is a real treat for all nature lovers and fans of cycling and hiking.
Novi Vinodolski is the origin of one of the most important Glagolitic legal documents for the Croatian people and the European Middle Ages - Vinodolski zakon (The Vinodol Law) from the 13th century. Although the original document is kept in Zagreb, Novi Vinodolski offers many other historical sights. For example, the Frankopan castle, the Roman fortress Lopsica, a very interesting small island called San Marino with a church and inscription from the 3rd/4th century and many other sacral monuments. All these sights can be seen from above if you climb to one (or all) of the 6 viewpoints overlooking Novi Vinodolski.
After a strenuous climb, you can find relief on the capital's beach or in some of the nearby bays and recharge your batteries at numerous local restaurants and taverns. For evening fun, there are fishing nights, music or literary evenings, folklore events and sports tournaments. As a special treat, be sure to visit the summer carnival in Novi Vinodolski. Directly on main road, otherwise top
The villa is very beautiful, offers a lot of space and a pleasant atmosphere. Most of the positive points are built into the star rating. The sea nearby has great entrance possibilities.
On the one hand, the villa is very close to the sea and to the nearest shopping facilities, but it is also DIRECTLY on a busy road. This means that many hours in the afternoon are not as relaxing and the windows cannot be left open overnight if you are a light sleeper. However, the windows screen out any noise, so you can get around that.
Another minus is a lot of loose railings and shelves that you don't trust 100%....
If you can ignore the street, you will certainly have a great time here

good location because close to the beach and centre, unfortunately a busy street, noise and many neighbours (who are really tolerant) next to it, otherwise all in all very pleasant and nice
Landlord is also very flexible and responds to all wishes and concerns, so it was a very nice stay :)
