The vacation apartment was very very nice. It was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom with shower was very clean, the living room was very cozy, and the bedroom was also very nice. The balcony is the little highlight of the apartment. It was a 20-minute walk from the train station and the city center to the apartment, 5 minutes by bus. It is only a few steps to the North Sea. We will definitely come back next year.

The kitchen and bathroom unfortunately have little daylight. The extractor hood in the kitchen is extremely loud and possibly slightly defective. The living and bedroom were fine. Only the mattress leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, the apartment is very noisy. When the upper apartment was vacuumed, you could hear the movements of the nozzle.

Super location, 10 minutes to a beautiful beach, 15 minutes to the center. The apartment is very small but nice, has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would come back. 1+ A small downside: Unfortunately, it takes 15 minutes on foot to pick up the key. Since we arrived by train, it was a bit inconvenient. A locker nearby would be desirable.

A lovely little place on the edge of Westerland, right next to the southern forest and only 10 minutes from the beach. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the town. It was a wonderfully quiet week. Kitchen perfectly equipped, small balcony, perfect.

The apartment is clean but has aged (bathroom, kitchen, balcony). I was disturbed by the musty closet smell in the bedroom, and the mattress is completely sagging (dips). I was not aware that there was no hairdryer, and I could have seriously injured myself with the broken bread knife. Overall, however, the house is very, very noisy, barking dogs until 1:30 AM, Schlager party above or next to me, very exhausting.

I have been to this property several times and for the second time in this apartment. The apartment is as shown in the photos. The property is relatively large, with 48 apartments in one building, but it is still relatively quiet. Check-in and check-out worked relatively easily. We will book this apartment again.

Vacation from 14th to 21st September 2024. Price-performance ratio 100% okay. Very nice contact in a crisis situation (I lost the key). It was very quiet in the house and the "permanent" residents were very helpful. Older, large dogs may have problems with the stairs. Unfortunately, the elevator always ends on a half floor.

I felt very comfortable and had everything I needed. It's nice that there are hooks in the bathroom and hallway to hang things up. However, the hangers in the bedroom closet are too flimsy for a wet, heavy jacket. One light in the living room didn't work at all, and in the other, only the smaller light worked. But this did not negatively impact my relaxation. I would be happy to come back.

I was a solo traveler and mainly used the apartment as a place to sleep in the best summer weather. The small apartment is completely fine. It could get cramped with 2 people. It is simple but nicely and practically furnished. I didn't miss anything. It is a bit soundproof, but the building community and generally the surroundings are quite quiet. You can sleep well. WLAN perfect, sun balcony with a view of the neighboring rental house - but everyone has that and it doesn't bother anyone. Ultimately, it is a simple rental apartment located in a normal residential area. You live among locals, although I believe other apartments are also rented to holiday guests. The location is really good - close to the beach, near the forest, bus stop; walking distance to Friedrichstraße is about 15 minutes. Uncomplicated key handover. Recommended.
