Basically a nice apartment, but the mattresses should be checked occasionally, as they are quite worn out. Furthermore, it would be really nice if, as mentioned in other reviews, the blackout in the bedrooms were better, as the street lighting makes the room very bright. In the bathroom, a few cosmetic repairs are still necessary, such as the rusty heating and the "storage room."

Price/performance of the apartment and furnishings great, the only downside was the soundproofing in the house. This is probably due to the old building..... it was also a bit louder towards the street, but anyone who wants to live in the center has to expect that, and those who are not sensitive to noise can spend nice days there.

We found a very beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment in a central location! What could be improved: reading lamps that one can really read with and curtains to darken at night. The nights in June are very bright. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the apartment!
