Those who love peace and nature are exactly right here. The holiday home is very comfortably furnished, one feels good even in bad weather. We had a lovely time. The next vacation in the beautiful house is already in planning. As a small suggestion: A mosquito protection in front of the windows would be great.

For those seeking peace, the holiday home is definitely recommended. No street noise, just the occasional mooing of a cow or the chatter of geese conversing while flying. You can let the children and dog romp in the garden. The neighbors are far enough away that they cannot hear either children's screams or barking dogs. The house is very well equipped with appliances and dishes. Everything is there that one needs for daily life, except for groceries, which are available in Bredstedt, about 10 minutes by car. If I had to make the decision for a holiday accommodation again, I would choose this house again.

This holiday home appealed to us immediately. We experienced quiet and relaxing days here. The equipment is great and clean. One note: Perhaps the "house folder" could be expanded to briefly explain how to use the alarm system and which fish can be caught in the fishing waters by the dike. A larger trash bin for residual waste would be desirable.

We were in the house from August 12 to August 20 with two adults, two children aged 8, and a dog. We were very satisfied; the house leaves nothing to be desired, even the beautiful garden was great. The landlord, Mrs. Peters, was there to help us with advice and assistance, and she mentioned sightseeing places that were worth seeing. We would love to come back, as we have had very different experiences regarding vacation rentals. The price-performance ratio was also reasonable.

Hello, we (6 adults) found the house to be very clean and tidy. The property is very beautiful and we also liked the furnishings very much. The assistance from Ms. Peters was impeccable. The landscape is very beautiful and the path to the dike is very short. We actually wanted to have a beach holiday. Relaxed during the day at the beach and in the evening together in the house, but unfortunately the next beach was further away than expected and the swimming area near the house was not very suitable. The price was too high in our opinion due to the location. Not suitable for groups under 50 who like activities. Best wishes.

The location is unique, right by the dike. The garden is very well-kept and invites you to relax. We would go back to Mrs. Peters anytime, a very nice and helpful landlord.

As already mentioned in 2017 and 2021, a beautiful spacious and clean house located directly on the dyke. Off the beaten path, therefore also highly recommended during vacation periods. Very good for dog owners, completely fenced property. Maybe the pond on the property could be cleared again. The landlord is very nice and helpful.

A house that actually deserves more than 5 stars in total, we have spent a week here for the second time and can only say that this house is more than fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The location in close proximity to the dyke allows for long walks almost at the doorstep. Those who want to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle are in the right place. The large fenced garden was the best playground for our two Bernese Mountain Dogs, who felt absolutely comfortable here again. A wonderful oasis to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle. We will definitely not have been here for the last time. Many thanks to the landlady for providing this beautiful retreat.

A very nice, well-kept house with very good facilities. A large garden, completely fenced, was ideal for us and our two Bernese Mountain Dogs. We rarely found such a well-equipped house as here, everything is available that makes a vacation perfect. Especially the well-stocked kitchen equipment invites you to cook, which we have extensively used. Our dog particularly enjoyed the huge fenced garden, but we also enjoyed it extensively. Nature lovers are in good hands here, especially the lamb pasture in May is a great and fun experience. Anyone who can't switch off here has definitely done something wrong. The house is simply amazing. The spaciousness can only be guessed at from the pictures. A really great house with a large living and dining area. Super well-equipped kitchen. What we also liked very much is that the house has a bathroom and a guest toilet. The location of the house is also great. Far away from everything. Perfect for people who love peace and quiet. Great accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. The house is very quiet, the road to the dike is hardly frequented... Depending on the wind direction, you can hear only the sheep from the dike at most. The fenced-in property surrounded by tall, dense trees and bushes also allows watchful dogs to relax. We spent a week at the "Haus am Deich" with a friendly couple and our dog. Our expectations were exceeded! Super beautifully located, in the middle of nature, direct neighbors were cows and sheep. We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was there to spend a really nice holiday. We found the location pleasant, quiet and really nice to relax. There are great things to do! We went on a mudflat hike to Oland, visited Sylt, Amrum and Föhr and made trips to Denmark. We liked Husum and Friedrichstadt very much. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful towns in the area such as Husum, St.P.Ording or Friedrichstatt can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are excellent restaurants in the area. The booking of the house and the "handover"/key went smoothly.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet secluded location directly behind the dyke. The house was very clean and well equipped. As the heating had broken down, we also had contact with the landlady. A very beautiful, well-maintained house with a lovely, partly natural garden in a quiet location directly behind the dyke. For us, who like to explore the area with our e-bikes, an ideal starting point. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to get to know much of beautiful North Friesland. The contact to the landlady Mrs. Peters was also very cordial and she took care of our small concerns immediately, so that we felt comfortable there and can definitely recommend the house. If you want to get to know North Friesland a little better and can do without the tourist hustle and bustle, this is exactly the right place for you.
