The apartment is very modern, bright, and comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. Great beds, a wonderfully comfortable sofa, well-equipped kitchen, absolute feel-good atmosphere. Especially great for kids is the foosball table, there is a sauna which is definitely great for cold days.

The holiday apartment Seeschwalbe was very much to our liking. The location to the city center is ideal. The nearest bakeries are just around the corner. Overall, it should be noted that the furnishings, including the pleated shades, are of high quality. Personally, I particularly liked the sauna and the additional shower option in the basement. The blackout in the sleeping areas could be optimized. In the bathrooms, the drains had a somewhat unpleasant smell, which may be due to the age of the pipes. It would have been good to have thinner top blankets as well. Unfortunately, there was only one slightly thinner one, and the closets only had more thick ones. Basically, we lacked nothing and would come back anytime.

The TV in the living area could be a bit better in terms of SMART functions (it reacts very, very slowly) - but we still felt very comfortable there...and the location near the center is great

Dear team of Holidays at the North Sea, the holiday apartment Seeschwalbe is very beautiful and very spacious. The amenities are perfect, we lacked nothing. The staff promptly and courteously addressed any problems/defects and ensured immediate resolution. We felt very comfortable. In comparison to our last stay in 2023, we also noticed that the apartment has obviously been very well used in the meantime, and signs of everyday wear are now noticeable on some walls/doors or on some cushions. A really nice accommodation, we booked for 6 people, but we would wish for the pull-out sofa (room in the basement) to be replaced with a proper bed, as sleeping in it was, in our opinion, not very comfortable.

Small suggestion. If you close the small door in the living room and place the sofa there, you can also watch TV from the sofa... I would also completely close the sliding door because they rattle when there is a draft. The small windows on the doors should be darkened... otherwise, the house is very nice and cozy... we were there for the second time and would come back again and again.

Everything has been set up with high quality and the bathrooms are well equipped. It was very tidy, the beds had white sheets and there were plenty of towels available. The sauna in the basement was a nice extra and was gladly used. The location is unbeatable. The vacation apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the old town center with market and pedestrian zone. However, this location also has a downside. Apart from one parking space next to the house, there are no other options nearby. If you have to arrive with multiple vehicles, you may have a hard time finding a parking space nearby. We came with two cars and a trailer and it was really not easy, as parking on the street is not allowed.

We had a great week in this high-quality renovated apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The lower area with the large shower, bathtub, and sauna is also great. There is enough storage space for things. Even with a full occupancy of 6 people, the apartment is large enough. The only downside from our point of view was the thin walls, you can hear everything everywhere in the apartment. The location of the apartment close to the city center and the harbor was ideal for us.

We were looking for a vacation apartment with 3 bedrooms and that's how we came across the Seeschwalbe. We spent 7 beautiful days in Schleswig-Holstein. Great apartment spread over 2 floors with a very nice sauna area. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has been renovated to a high standard.

The apartment is overall great. The only small flaw regarding cleanliness: The stains on the pillow you discover when you strip the bed yourself when leaving due to Corona. There are too few towels and to get to the small terrace, you have to walk around the house.

Although there are two apartments in the house, you can't hear anything from above. Only the cleaning crew woke us up from our sleep at 7 a.m. when cleaning the upper apartment. The holiday apartment was a dream. Our tip: Get a cotton cover for the mattress of the cot that can be changed and washed. And a note about the second key, which was in a basket, we only found it a little later. With 6 people, it was a bit difficult organizationally. Luckily we found the second key. Unfortunately, the fireplace remote control had no batteries. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We liked it so much!

Who wants to explore the Baltic Sea region - Husum is the optimal starting point... St. Peter Ording, Sylt, Föhr, Hamburg, etc... are easily accessible!
