For your little escapades, there will be the markets, you will be a few minutes away from the Gorges du Verdon and the small hanging villages, an hour away from the typical sites of Provence or the Mediterranean beaches as well as, in winter, the crazy alpine ski slopes which are just as sunny.

The rented property is a villa and its front and back gardens. It is composed on the ground floor for +- 75 M2 of a hall, a double bedroom with large cupboard, bed cover, duvet and pillows for two people, a bathroom with shower, thermostatic tap, bidet, sink and washing machine, a separate toilet with washbasin, a large living room with sitting area and fireplace, coffee table, furniture, television, jam maker, sofa bed for two people with duvet and pillows, a dining area with table and 8 chairs; an American-style equipped kitchenette with kitchen furniture, water basin area, pyrolise oven, microwave oven, induction hob, a hood, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a percolator, a senseo, crockery, kitchen utensils and pots and pans for at least eight people, tablecloths, various accessories and decorations, a large cupboard under the stairs with vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and equipment. On the first floor, for +- 75 M2, a hall with storage cupboard, ironing board and iron, a bathroom with thermostatic shower, washbasin, toilet, a first bedroom with two single beds with bedspreads, duvets and pillows for two people, large storage cupboard, a second bedroom with two single beds with bedspreads, duvets and pillows for two people, storage cupboard, a large balcony terrace with armchairs, sofa, chairs and table. At the front of the house a small garden, at the back of the house a shaded terrace, a large garden with table, 8 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers, barbecue major barbecoock, large parasol and its stand, etc etc (cfr inventory to be established on your arrival).

| Rentals from Sunday to Sunday! Rates including charges. Cleaning fee of 65€ to be paid on arrival, when you receive the keys. Tourist taxes to be calculated but are about 1.5€ per night per person 18 years and over. Visitor's tax of 0€ for under 18 years old. Deposit 30% at reservation. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. Payments by bank transfer. In July and August, -5% for the second week, -10% for the following weeks. For regular tenants, -5% from the first week. As a reminder, pets are not allowed. |
