La Maison Libellule welcomes you for a countryside holiday by offering an apartment and two circus caravans. The house is surrounded by a 7,000 m2 garden, partially cultivated with permaculture. A swimming pond is available to guests and invites relaxation and idleness. A renovated old bread oven is available for wood-fired baking of bread or pizzas.
The property is surrounded by fences, which ensures the safety of children and animals. Bicycles are available for rides in the region and we provide all useful information for walks, bike tours, or places to visit in the area.
Each caravan includes a living area, a nook for the bed (160x200), and a sofa (extra bed - 140x190). The caravan includes a bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the micro-station. A heater that also functions as an air conditioner ensures complete comfort. The caravan is therefore suitable for holidays for up to 3 people (or 2 adults and 2 children) maximum.
The Au Premier apartment has two bedrooms, a living-dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, . . . The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. The apartment is open to the sky and trees through skylight windows. A television and a stereo system complete the equipment.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200), in the large room there is a sofa bed (140x200) and a large bed that unfolds (2x80x200). In addition, the living room has a sofa. The apartment therefore offers space for two to a maximum of 6 people.

Location and surroundings of object
La Maison Libellule is located on the outskirts of the village of La Chapelle-Thècle in Burgundy Bresse (South Burgundy). The village has a bakery which prepares our orders that we go to pick up, a butcher's shop and a grocery bar. The nearest towns are Tournus (thousand-year-old abbey church) and Louhans (capital of the Bresse chicken industry). The property is located in the middle of a triangle formed by Bourg-en-Bresse in the South, Lons-le-Saulnier in the North-East and Chalon-sur-Saône in the North-West. Wine growing Burgundy from Mâcon to Beaune is within easy reach and the many rivers and canals are ideal places for boating or cycling.
The region is of course renowned for its gastronomy and wines.

Cancellation terms:
Up to 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is due. From 30 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the rental price is due. The amount already paid will be refunded if the property can be re-rented for the entire duration of the period, minus a €50 fee.

Reception is provided by Helen and Daniel, who will be happy to give you all the information you need for a relaxing and interesting stay in every respect, including culinary and cultural aspects. We speak French, German, English, and Italian.
La Maison Libellule plans to develop a vegetable garden and invites you to join in the gardening work if you feel like it. We also offer private French lessons, and massages by a certified masseur practicing notably Shiatsu.
