Beautiful house with caveats

First of all, a spotless house, lovingly furnished, with almost everything you need. Unfortunately, the location, right on the street, is very disturbing during stays in the garden, as the street is unfortunately not traffic-calmed, so you really have to interrupt the conversation when cars pass by if you don't want to shout at each other, so definitely also prepare with earplugs for the night. Furthermore, a strong, indefinable musty smell comes from the basement, which is also hard to ignore if you do not want to keep the entrance door open for ventilation continuously. The loungers in the garden are beautiful, but due to their shape, they are absolutely uncomfortable.

A small "paradise"

A really beautiful holiday home, furnished with a lot of love for detail.
The cleanliness of the house is noteworthy; we were thrilled. Everything you need was available, even spices and coffee in the kitchen.
As a welcome, the hosts also provided a small jar of honey and a treat for the dog.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and invites relaxation.
It was a very nice, relaxing vacation for us, and we would love to come back again.

The name "Paradise" for the vacation home is perfectly chosen.

Yes, what should we, a couple with a dog, say? From the booking to the departure, everything went really smoothly and perfectly. Even during the booking, we could see that the landlords, Melanie and Karsten, were very dedicated and friendly. We received prompt, informative, and comprehensive responses to our inquiries and emails. We had never experienced such quick responses with previous bookings. No questions were left unanswered. Upon arrival, we were greeted and oriented by Karsten. As a welcome gift, there was already a jar of high-quality beekeeper honey for us and a package of treats for the dog. Karsten's wife Melanie also had a filled canister of coffee ready for the first enjoyment. The accommodation itself exceeded all our expectations. Not only was it completely lovingly furnished, but not overdone. Everything you need in a kitchen was available (including spices, etc.). Furthermore, there were ample hand and bath towels. The kitchen is high-quality, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee machine (filter machine), and plenty of dishes. The Wi-Fi works flawlessly, and, of course, an LCD television is also included in the amenities. Now for the most noticeable thing: everything, truly the whole house, was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! ! In front of the house, we were greeted by a beautiful, well-maintained, large, and completely fenced garden that not only we but also our dog enjoyed very much. The location of the house is outside the town of Helmbrechts and therefore quiet, even though a county road runs next to it, which did not bother us much. Relatively little traffic. Nevertheless, all necessary shops are quickly accessible (by car). From the house, we were able to plan many beautiful hikes and explore a small part of the Franconian Forest. The towns of Kulmbach and Kronach are quickly accessible and worth a trip. We will come back.

The name is program.

Beautifully located in nature, quiet despite the nearby road due to low traffic.
The kitchen equipment is noticeably higher quality and more extensive than we have experienced in other vacation accommodations.
Very nice garden with many lovely corners, so you can find a great spot at any time of day. And the garden is fenced, which is very relaxing for both people and dogs. The rooms are beautifully furnished and everything was sparkling clean. All in all, for people seeking peace and nature, this is the right place.

A place to unwind!

Wonderful little weaver's cottage that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is there! The lovely decoration in the house and in the garden allows you to discover something new every day. It's a pity that we didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast or grill in the garden or pavilion in the fall. We will definitely come back in the summer next time! The dogs felt comfortable here, and since the property is completely fenced, we could let them run around with peace of mind. The hostess Melanie welcomed us warmly and there were even treats for dogs and owners! Everything was very clean and everything was available! 5 stars for the value for money!

Again a few days back, we miss the tranquility and seclusion of this wonderful little house, which was lovingly and passionately prepared. In the small holiday home "Paradies," really everything has been thought of, so that one only needs to arrive and feel comfortable. The lovingly arranged garden also invites you to relax. Beautiful little holiday home

Beautiful holiday home and the garden. Everything is well maintained. So, really in nature, for those who like it. We were there in July for a week. The welcome was very warm, keep it up, from Melanie and Karsten. And there was a small jar of honey, very tasty. In the garden are the beehives, but they don’t produce. We had some jars of honey sent home. In the early morning, around 5 AM, you can hear the roe buck, but only briefly. We did not see him, not even early in the morning in the woods. What early risers, who knows. Oh, we are on vacation. The landscape is very beautiful here. It's definitely worth a trip. You have everything you need here, in paradise. For feeling good, thank you. Feel-good holiday in nature

This beautiful cottage was our oasis of well-being for a week. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely landlord couple, a delicious glass of honey, and a spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped holiday home. Many thanks for that! Due to the changeable weather, we were able to enjoy relaxing on the sun loungers as well as playing in the cozy garden pavilion during rainy weather. We spent the summer solstice night by the fire pit and had a lot of fun discovering new cute little details in the large natural garden. Additionally, the area invited us to beautiful hikes. Unfortunately, the one week was far too short, but we will come back...

Perfect for the three of us.

When traveling with a dog, you are always looking for the perfect place. It took Balu almost 11 years until we found this place. The house and garden are so beautifully arranged with so much love that you can tell a lot of heart went into it. It's all the more beautiful that the two charming landlords let others share in it. For us, it was important to find a house in a secluded location because Balu, a livestock guardian dog, likes to watch over us, so his barking couldn't bother anyone now, yay. : Vacation in paradise

A wonderful welcome for the dog with snacks and a birthday greeting with champagne for us, 2 adults. The equipment was absolutely perfect. The cozy tiled stove helped us to withstand the sudden onset of winter. The large garden is securely fenced for dogs. Surrounding fields and forests allow for long and beautiful walks. Feel-good cottage with a great garden!

We have rarely felt so comfortable. The particularly clean house offered everything your heart desires, even the mattresses were good for our backs. We were able to have most of our meals in the cozy pavilion. The fenced-in and lovingly designed garden was great as well. Everything is very calm and beautiful, except for one important detail.

This vacation home is truly relaxing and very charming in nature. The owners are caring and friendly people, the house is really very clean and well maintained. All appliances including kitchen utensils are very clean and sufficient.
But one should know that this place is located in the middle of nature and is surrounded by lots of greenery.
So there are a lot of insects, flies, and spiders.
In the evening, we want to open the windows because it's hot, but unfortunately something changes here, all the insects that see the light want to come into the house through the window.
This is completely natural because the insects are attracted to the light. What is unnatural here is that there is no insect screen on any of the windows.
This is really hard to understand because it gets very hot in the summer and of course there is no air conditioning or fan in the house. Your only solution is to open the windows. That is an open invitation for all insects.

A real little "paradise" for relaxation.

We spent a relaxing week with our two dogs in the nice, tastefully furnished house! There was nothing missing, even bowls and treats for the dogs were there and for us a jar of honey from our own bees! Plus a can of coffee!
You could really relax in the beautiful garden. Have a cozy breakfast in the pavilion!
The hosts were helpful with all questions and problems. They even drove us to Bayreuth to pick up our rental car since ours unfortunately had a breakdown!
So recommended in every way!

Really a paradise.

We have rarely had such a beautifully equipped holiday home. There is love in it. The garden is fantastic. A dream for dog owners. The owner was immediately on site for any questions. It doesn't get any better. By the way, the honey was delicious. The couch in the living room is unfortunately a bit saggy, but the rest is great. We would love to come back.

Tiptop - whether with or without a four-legged friend!

There are holiday accommodations that are just great.

This one is definitely one of them.
We had 3 dog ladies with us and they were able to discover the garden for themselves in a relaxed way, while the two-legged ones let their souls dangle. Since there are hardly any people passing by, we hardly had to keep an eye on the dogs. The holiday home is well equipped, absolutely clean and very cosy. The garden also has many very nice corners to linger in. The area is perfect for hiking. We were there for 3 days, but would have absolutely loved to spend 3 weeks here. (mini-tiny note for dog families: at one corner there is a dense hedge instead of the fence - clever dogs could get out here if they wanted to, otherwise completely well fenced)

Great, cosy house

We were on holiday in paradise with two people and two dogs.
The house is in a great location and has everything you need. The landlords gave us a warm welcome and were always available for questions.
Ideal location with dogs, you could go for walks directly from the house. The property is well fenced, so that the dogs could also stay outside unsupervised.

The only annoying thing was the morning rush hour traffic right past the house, but no one could help that.

The area is great, both culture and nature are within easy reach. You can also go shopping in the immediate vicinity.

Short holiday with dog

We stayed at Ferienhaus Paradies with our two dogs over the Easter weekend.
The welcome was super nice and flexible in terms of time.
The cottage is not only very clean, but also very charming and harmoniously furnished. We immediately felt at home.
Our highlight was the sunny pavilion.

For dog owners:
The garden is fenced in. There was an extra fence element for the opening at the entrance. But since our girls always stay close to us, we didn't have to use this.
However, you should keep an eye on escape kings or very small dogs.
You can walk a short way up past the house towards the field, far enough to do your little business before sleeping. In the morning hours we could watch the fox marking its territory^^
Opposite the house you can walk a few metres into the beautiful forest and find a great network of forest paths. For small rounds up to zigzagging which filled a good hour.
Caution There is also a lot of game traffic here. Foxes, roe deer and a red kite crossed our paths. But we didn't meet any people. But we have enough of them in our everyday lives^^

Hiking and relaxing

I had 6 lovely days with my dog in this little paradise The facilities are perfect There was even coffee, honey from their own bees and even treats for the dog
On arrival, the friendly landlady was there and showed me the house and garden and gave me some information and tips.
The garden is very beautiful and has many little places to enjoy.
Unfortunately, the weather was very changeable. I used the few dry days for hiking.

Real holiday

A great week with lots of hiking and before and after very good relaxation in the holiday home "Paradies" lies behind us.
We enjoyed the remarkably very good facilities, we simply didn't want for anything and if you like to do something meditative in the garden after exercise in the forest, this is also possible, but not a "must".
There were very good recommendations for beautiful, very different tours and the distances by car to the starting points were pleasantly short.
We would come again at any time ;)

Very nice landlords

A very spacious and well-equipped holiday home plus enclosed property. Ideal for the dog. Dog bowls were available. There was even a bag of treats as a welcome. The location is central on a county road. Unfortunately, surrounding towns were closed and the diversions went past the house.

The name paradise is the programme

The old weavers' cottage is spotlessly clean and very well equipped and has a tiled stove.
We received a very warm welcome from the landlady, who even provided treats for our dog.
The enchanting garden is fenced in, so our dog could run free.
The heat regulation in the shower was difficult to adjust and the water pressure very weak.
The house is situated next to a beautiful wooded area
Unfortunately, the traffic was considerable, especially in the morning and evening hours on the road passing by, which according to our landlords was due to a diversion by a construction site.
We had a very good rest and will book the holiday home again.

Perfect relaxation for people seeking peace - with or without dogs.

After the very attentive and helpful landlords welcomed us, we got started on settling in. While I was still full of excitement that there was even coffee ready, I heard a call from the bathroom: "Well, one thing must be said. The landlords don't hold back!" I: "Why?" Response: "Well, just look at how many towels there are." This statement is representative of the overall amenities of the house. We have visited a few vacation accommodations, but very few are as well-equipped as this one. The house is small but nice, without feeling cramped. It is absolutely ideal for solo travelers, couples, and, if you ask me, a "cozy" small family. The garden is just as well-maintained as the house and simply beautiful. The main part of the property is completely fenced. At dusk, deer come quite close to the house. If you have a dog, it will feel very comfortable. For the very critical: stories of water that simply doesn't get warm, or only drips discreetly, are nowhere to be found. You also won't find worn-out inventory, like grandma's good bed linens or used but functional dishes. There are no annoying neighbors. You could at most say that the pictures of the house and garden do not correspond to reality. In truth, it looks much more beautiful. Not only the house, but also the garden. But the best way to convince yourself is to see it for yourself. We recommend the holiday home to anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Whether with or without a dog.

Cozy holiday home in a great location

We made a last-minute decision to spend the New Year in the Franconian Forest. We ended up in the holiday home "Paradies" and immediately felt very comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location. Our dog also appreciated this - especially on New Year's Eve. The amenities are complete and everything was super clean. Nature and hiking holiday

The holiday home is furnished with much love and pretty details. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: The equipment with dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils is far above average. Last but not least, the isolated location of the cottage in the middle of nature with its large garden is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and for hikers. The very nice hosts have already provided up-to-date tips for excursions and hikes and are willing to provide any information after consultation without being even remotely intrusive. All in all, a highly recommendable tip!

We had a very nice vacation in paradise. Much better than expected. The pictures of the interior show the actual condition; nothing is embellished or arranged – this is how the house looks. The garden is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Lovingly designed with many decorative objects in the trees and flower beds. The eye keeps discovering nice little things, and one enjoys them. For cleanliness and amenities, there is an extra star. I was pleased that there was enough dishware for two people, and above all - everything matches, and there's no old discarded dishware from many years ago. Thank you for that. Honey from the own bees was ready for our welcome - very delicious by the way.
All in all, it was a wonderfully relaxing vacation. And the weather was also nice, we were able to go on many hikes in the nearby area. The landlords had already provided informational material, for which we thank them.
We felt welcome and will definitely want to spend at least one more vacation in the "Paradise."
