Details like bidets or extra seats usually go unnoticed but both proved helpful here. Simple additions made this place feel more comfortable compared to other spots I've stayed near Volterra.

Anyone traveling through Volterra should stop at this place. It offers plenty of room for our group and a swimming pool that the children really enjoyed. We liked quiet mornings on the patio and appreciated having parking inside after long drives around town.

Casale Giulia fantastic! Much more attractive than described on the Belvilla website. It is not a "house" but a picturesque small Italian holiday village with 14 apartments spread over about 6 buildings, some with historical background. Gasale Giulia is located in the middle of nature. Beautiful views and phenomenal sunsets. Inexplicable why Belvilla does not post photos of the view. The town of Volterra is a 10-minute drive away and offers impressive Etruscan buildings in addition to an excellent supermarket. Several good restaurants in the area. Giulia is always there for you. Quote of her “When you happy, then my happy”
