We loved the green space around the house, especially because we have children. The location is perfect, quiet but only 5 minutes by bike from the center and the beach, or 15 minutes on foot.

Viel zu früh angekommen, da durch die Nacht angereist wurde. Stellt bei den Vermietern aber kein Problem dar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus verfügbar. Wiederum herzlich begrüsst worden und mit frischem Gemüse und Früchten, eigenem Olivenöl sowie Getränken (Wein und Wasser) eingedeckt. Erstmals das neu umgebaute Bad mit herrlich grossem Regenbrause benutzt. Alle Böden sind ebenfalls erneuert worden. Und der grosse Garten steht zur Verfügung, sofern man mückenresistent ist. Frische Früchte können selber gepflückt werden, ansonsten wird man wieder damit eingedeckt.

We were very satisfied. The accommodation was very modern and suuuuper superclass clean. Also, the landlords are very kind. They had already put our own fruit vegetables in the fridge before departure. They were always friendly and helpful. The beach was also reached after a short walk. Bakeries and shops are also nearby. Except for the slight noise through the train, it is despite the good connection very quiet and by the outside roller blinds always nice dark. We would go there again.

What a nice place! Warmly received by owner and his wife. The house is just beautiful, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom with rain shower and spacious kitchen with sofa bed. The fridge is stocked with melon, tomatoes, onions, eggplant, water and eggs. Everything comes from their own garden. There is a fan on the ceiling in the bedroom and a separate fan in the kitchen. Also 3 bikes that go really well. Beach , center and supermarket are also within walking distance , but you can also easily reach Cessenatico and the surrounding towns by bike . It's just good here, nice, cozy and fun! We are happy to stay here .

We, a family with 2 kids and a dog have spent a wonderful week! The owners are very nice and courteous and speak German. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine, mineral water and fresh fruit (on the farm) in the refrigerator. It could also be applied at any time from the garden of the owner of, use of fruits and vegetables. The sea and the shopping area is located less than 5 minutes away from the house, but it would be in the estate and tranquility can relax! The apartment itself was very clean! Shopping center with supermarkets, Media Markt and very large (similar to buying land) is located 5 minutes drive away. THANK YOU for a wonderful holiday! :)

Gatteo a Mare, we have found all that we missed in last year's summer holiday: safe and warm summer weather! The house Venturi Lemon is large enough for a family of five. The garden has enough space for the children. The only drawback is the many mosquitoes, so pack up essential mosquito spray. The sea with its sandy beach offers everything. Also ideal for small children, because you can easily walk about 100m into the sea. For first attempts to swim very suitable. From the house on foot very easily accessible, about 10 minutes Fussweg.Das town of Gatteo a Mare is very idyllic and basically offers everything. The sea is close by and trains and busses to Ravenna, Bologna, Rimini, Cesnatico are easy to cope with. This is an excellent location for the seaside as well as visiting cultural villages, towns and San Marino etc. Good supermarket nearby and local bakery. Lovely gardens to sit in at the apartments.

+ Super price - performance ratio! We received a very friendly, nice landlord. The house is located in a side street where you have peace and quiet. It was very clean. On arrival there was a bottle of wine, water, fruit and vegetables. Behind the houses is a fruit and vegetable garden. Bicycles are available. Beautiful garden. The beach, shops, ... It is not far away. We will definitely make this again leave. - Lots of mosquitoes, but, it is quite everywhere in Italy. :-) A small piece of a railway line runs away, at first we were a bit worried that it might be noisy. During the day we have seen in a while. At night we heard nothing, despite the window open.

On arrival there was a bottle of wine, water, fruit and vegetables. Behind the houses is a fruit and vegetable garden. Bicycles are available. Beautiful garden. The beach, shops, ... It is not far away. We will definitely make this again leave. - Lots of mosquitoes, but, it is quite everywhere in Italy. :-) A small piece of a railway line runs away, at first we were a bit worried that it might be noisy. During the day we have seen in a while. At night we heard nothing, despite the window open.

We, a family with 2 kids and a dog have spent a wonderful week! The owners are very nice and courteous and speak German. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine, mineral water and fresh fruit (on the farm) in the refrigerator. It could also be applied at any time from the garden of the owner of, use of fruits and vegetables. The sea and the shopping area is located less than 5 minutes away from the house, but it would be in the estate and tranquility can relax! The apartment itself was very clean! Shopping center with supermarkets, Media Markt and very large (similar to buying land) is located 5 minutes drive away. THANK YOU for a wonderful holiday! :)

Gatteo a Mare, we have found all that we missed in last year's summer holiday: safe and warm summer weather! The house Venturi Lemon is large enough for a family of five. The garden has enough space for the children. The only drawback is the many mosquitoes, so pack up essential mosquito spray. The sea with its sandy beach offers everything. Also ideal for small children, because you can easily walk about 100m into the sea. For first attempts to swim very suitable. From the house on foot very easily accessible, about 10 minutes Fussweg.Das town of Gatteo a Mare is very idyllic and basically offers everything. Gatteo Mare is ideal for a family as you can walk to the beach. It is ideal for cultural days out. Easy access to trains to Venice, Florence, Rimini, Ravenna etc. Local bus to Cesnatico. Viel zu früh angekommen, da durch die Nacht angereist wurde. Stellt bei den Vermietern aber kein Problem dar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus verfügbar. Wiederum herzlich begrüsst worden und mit frischem Gemüse und Früchten, eigenem Olivenöl sowie Getränken (Wein und Wasser) eingedeckt. Erstmals das neu umgebaute Bad mit herrlich grossem Regenbrause benutzt. Alle Böden sind ebenfalls erneuert worden. Und der grosse Garten steht zur Verfügung, sofern man mückenresistent ist. Frische Früchte können selber gepflückt werden, ansonsten wird man wieder damit eingedeckt.

The owners welcomed us in a fantastic and generous way. Fresh drinks wine vegetables fruits from their garden in the fridge upon our arrival. Very attentive they advised us pretty places to discover. What a nice place! Warmly received by owner and his wife. The house is just beautiful, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom with rain shower and spacious kitchen with sofa bed. The fridge is stocked with melon, tomatoes, onions, eggplant, water and eggs. Everything comes from their own garden. There is a fan on the ceiling in the bedroom and a separate fan in the kitchen. Also 3 bikes that go really well. Beach , center and supermarket are also within walking distance , but you can also easily reach Cessenatico and the surrounding towns by bike . It's just good here, nice, cozy and fun! We are happy to stay here .

Especially the combination was very good, like the house in a quiet area and if you wanted could be the hustle and beach life looked. Also very convenient near a train. Also a beautiful hinterland. Very kind owners. We were surprised to find a bikechair for our baby, wine and vegetables from the garden. The house is clean, the garden beautiful. Walking distance from the sea. By bike we visited Cesenatico a few times, which also contains a huge park.

We were very satisfied. The accommodation was very modern and suuuuper superclass clean. Also, the landlords are very kind. They had already put our own fruit vegetables in the fridge before departure. They were always friendly and helpful. The beach was also reached after a short walk. Bakeries and shops are also nearby. Except for the slight noise through the train, it is despite the good connection very quiet and by the outside roller blinds always nice dark. We would go there again.

We stayed here for the second time in August. The house is very clean, the owner very nice and helpful. In addition, there "s more fruits and vegetables brought from the garden. On arrival there was a bottle of red wine from the landlord unf fresh fruit and vegetables from our own garden. We could even use n vegetable garden from the large ෾. The apartment itself was nice, although the decor is a bit dated. It was a very nice holiday and I would highly recommend this property!
