We loved our stay at Belvilla by OYO! The bungalow was spacious and had everything we needed, The private parking was a lifesaver, and we could easily walk to the reception which wasn’t far at all, The beach was lovely, and having the sunbeds included was a nice touch, I recommend checking out the nearby Comacchio, it's like a mini Venice and absolutely beautiful, Overall, I’d definitely come back!

Our stay was pleasant and the hosts were welcoming. The bungalow is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Within walking distance, there are some delicious dining options and the beach was very accessible.

The cottage is fine. We could not sit outside in the evening because of the mosquitoes. In the late evening, loud music was heard from the beach. Everything at the campsite, including the swimming pool and the entrance and exit of the campsite, closes between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Not always handy.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Bungalow was simply delightful! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of five, allowing everyone to have their own space. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to Lido Spina beach, just a few steps away. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated having lounge chairs included for the beach. The dining options nearby, like Le Ghiandaie and Pizzeria Ristorante I Caraibi, were fantastic for our evening dinners. The garden was a lovely place for breakfast too. Overall, a wonderful stay with plenty of activities to keep us entertained!

The cottage was in very good order, clean and cared for. Unfortunately, there was little to do for the children in terms of activities. This both on the beach, no sports facilities, as well as at the club there was not much to do. Also a lot of mosquitoes that everyone had a lot of trouble with.

The fitness equipment available at the resort was a nice addition, I managed to squeeze in a workout before heading to the beach, The nearby supermarket made it easy to buy snacks,

Windows and doors stick, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, no parking space at the Marina Tipo 2 house, no shelves in the wardrobes of the two 2-bed rooms, and in the double bed room, there is no wardrobe, just a small chest of drawers. No shelves in the bathrooms. No floor squeegee in the second bathroom, after showering the whole bathroom is full of water since there is no shower tray. Some sockets have been capped off, overall too few sockets. In short, the whole house is in need of renovation. The access road is a nightmare.
