We had a fantastic time at Belvilla by OYO Marina Tipo Tre - Sei! The bungalow was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family getaway, The kids loved the outdoor pool and playing table tennis, We also appreciated the inclusion of loungers on the beach—such a nice touch! The location is stunning, nestled in the Po Delta Park, which offered beautiful scenery and great excursions, Highly recommend for families!

I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the first sheets included and the well-maintained garden, The location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding parks, and we even spotted some flamingos during our boat trip!

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, It was a pleasure to have our own parking spot and the convenience of a kitchen, The only downside was the noise from the street, but it didn't bother us too much

What a gem of a place! The garden space was lovely, and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset, The kitchen had all the basics, which made cooking easy, We also took a boat trip through the Comacchio valleys, and seeing the flamingos was a highlight! If you're looking for a blend of relaxation and adventure, this is definitely the spot, Just a heads up, plan ahead for parking, as it can get busy during peak times

The amenities here are quite decent, The gym was a nice addition, although it could use a few more machines, The pool was pleasant, but it got crowded on hot days, However, we had a lot of fun overall!

The bungalow was fantastic! We felt at home with the cozy interior and all the necessary amenities. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong while we relaxed by the pool. I would definitely return!

This place has a great location near Comacchio, which is perfect for exploring the canals. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the included beach loungers. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxed short vacation.

The situation is simply different, so close to Comacchio, also known as little Venice, for those sweet boat rides! Everything important is covered, and the gym is great if you want to stay active. Just a note, bring your own towels. Overall a solid stay!

Fantastic holiday with children and dog enjoyed swimming in the sea and in the pool dog we could take very well to the beach and into the sea without anyone bothered about that, for many it was even very nice to see swim our dog (according to the rules dogs were allowed only to certain parts of the beach, but in practice it was all very smooth) very nice park and nice bungalow with delightful porch (we had it barely bothered by mosquitoes in the twilight hours!)

We had a great time; the cottage is what you can expect, neat, clean, good beds, well-functioning air conditioning and some scant kitchen utensils. Two sunbeds and a parasol belong to the cottage, which are immediately reserved for the entire period. The entrance fees to the swimming pool and fitness are also included, only the tennis court has to be paid (€13 for an hour, including rackets and balls). Only the WiFi was not there in our house, but we were also at the very tip of the site. WiFi at the restaurant and reception was fine and free.
