I was really impressed by this place! The decoration is charming and you feel at home. I appreciated the proximity to public transport, which made day trips easier. The beds were comfortable too! I just wish there were more towels provided, but that's a minor detail. I would come back without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Belvilla by OYO Casa Pedroni. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is just a few steps from Lake Maggiore, making it perfect for family outings. We had a great time visiting the nearby botanical gardens. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Belvilla by OYO Casa Pedroni! The area was so picturesque and it was super easy to get around. The apartment was spacious and having a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake. Just a minor note, the WiFi could have been a bit stronger, but overall a fantastic place.

Great place for a relaxing getaway! The apartment was modern and clean, with plenty of natural light. We loved exploring the nearby Lido Beach Club and took advantage of the hiking trails in the area. Definitely a place we would return to.

A pleasant stay overall, The apartment was comfortable and had good space for our group, It was great to be in a pedestrian area with easy access to local food options, The only downside was the occasional street noise, but it didn't bother us much.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations. It was well-equipped and the layout worked great for us. The children loved having their own space upstairs, and the living room was perfect for family dinners. We found the location ideal for day trips to Stresa and beyond.

No automatic entry. Arrived early (did message half hour prior to arrival) and waited in scorching sun for 45 minutes. Place did not match pictures (older, dirty) Wifi didn’t work for 2 days. Old fashioned lock a bit tricky at times. Air conditioner in one room leaked like crazy. No towels (not even towels to dry hands). Not a great location, a lot of riff raff hanging out below.

Upon arrival it was searching for a parking space. Everywhere in the area there was paid parking (1 euro per hour). Since it is not specified where we should be, we called the hostess and she would arrive in 1 hour. The key was in a letterbox, but because there is no house number indicated in the mail, and no house number is at the apartments, it is difficult to find. The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished. Everything focused on Italy, of course, so that tall Dutch people will sleep poorly i.v.m. short bed and will have trouble showering / taking a bath.
