In Selci war es einfach, sich fortzubewegen, und ich schätzte die Nähe zu den lokalen Orten. Durch die Olivenhaine zu radeln war ein tolles Erlebnis, zudem kam man ohne viel Verkehr voran.

Upon my arrival at Apartment Ulivo, I immediately noticed how cozy it is there. The private outdoor area is perfect for eating and enjoying the view of the olive groves. Every morning we had coffee outside and simply enjoyed nature before starting our day. It made everything so special.

We had to pick up the key at the family restaurant. It was a bit unclear whether we were in the right place because there was nobody in sight and the restaurant seemed closed. We just walked inside and it turned out that someone was waiting for us in a corner. Furthermore, well received and brought to the apartment with short explanation, that was completely fine.The apartment is cozy cozy with a very nice terrace with canopy. Very well maintained garden and swimming pool with nice sun beds. Definitely worth mentioning, the view, that is really beautiful.

Arrived late, but the check-in was quick and uncomplicated - I liked that my room was ready and quiet upon arrival. Enjoyed fresh air on the terrace every evening, which made relaxing before bedtime easier.

The accommodation was fantastic a nice apartment where everything you needed was present, the view was beautiful and the pool very inviting. The owner is a charming, cozy Italian lady who is very committed to her guests. No question is too much for her. A dinner in the family restaurant Belvedere in Forano is highly recommended to experience Italian cuisine and hospitality. We would love to go back again! Once arrived it was a very nice surprise! It went crazy and what a beautiful entrance, the view of the pool and the pool the gigantic view of the bergen.De environment is very nice, very green and very quiet. It is really a village, even the street in the navigation was not actually where the navigation sent us. That is why we still had to search for the place, eventually called but the owner Francesca can not speak English. Fortunately there was another couple, they helped us further. The owner is super sweet! Together with her parents they do everything to make your holiday run smoothly. They also have a restaurant 2 km further on, here we have eaten 2x. Good food and delicious wine! The pool was also open while the description stated that it was only open in July and August, so this was very nice! The apartment is fine, everything was there. However, they may renew the bed of me, this was rather rickety. All in all a super nice relaxing holiday, 1 day to Rome and 1 evening to Tivolli, really a must! Very picturesque and truly Italian. The rest of the days at the pool and walked. If you come for your rest then you are certainly here in his place! We will definitely come back again.

Vreselijke gastvrouw! Check in tijd is tussen 16:00 en 17:00. Helaas hadden wij uiteindelijk 8 uur vertraging waardoor wij pas om 20:00 aankwamen. Wij hebben de gastvrouw steeds telefonisch op de hoogte gehouden van de vertraging. Er staat bij de reservering aangegeven dat je de sleutels bij een restaurant kunt ophalen. Daar aangekomen kregen we de snauw dat de check in tijd tussen 16:00 en 17:00 is. Aangegeven dat wij 8 uur vertraging hebben gehad en al 24 uur onderweg zijn en heel erg moe zijn en onze kat die we bij ons hebben is ook moe. Geen begrip niks: of we wilden eten want ze kon toch niet mee ons mee omdat ze in het restaurant aan het werk was. Aangegeven dat zij de sleutel kon meegeven zoals het staat vermeld op de reservering. Dit kon volgens haar niet want we weten de weg niet. Of we tien minuten konden wachten. Uiteindelijk werd dat 1,5 uur wachten. Twee pizza’s besteld en afgerekend. Er werd niet eens een glas water aangeboden. Uiteindelijk moesten we achter haar aanrijden op een donkere onverharde weg met veel gaten. Mevrouw scheurde hier doorheen met haar hoge auto zonder rekening te houden met ons. We konde haar niet bijhouden en raakten haar op een gegeven kwijt. Eenmaal aangekomen bij het huisje bleken de sleutels gewoon in de deur te zitten. De zogenaamde uitleg kwam niet en mevrouw wilde tips geven over Rome. Uiteraard waren wij erg moe en hadden hier geen behoefte aan. Het huisje was erg heet: het bleek dat ze expres de ramen open zetten en de gordijnen dicht doen zodat het erg warm is en dan komt het aanbod voor airco voor €5 per dag. Uiteraard zeg je dan ja om later te ontdekken dat het huisje bewust zo heet is gemaakt. De airco is een ramp: er komt roet uit, al onze kleren zijn zwart geworden! Onze neus zat ook onder het roet. Daarna de airco maar niet meer gebruikt. Huisje is simpel, maar de omgeving is prachtig! Een hele mooie tuin en het zwembad is ideaal, echt een schitterend complex buiten het huisje. De beloofde WiFi is er niet! Die werkt alleen in een ruimte naast het zwembad, terwijl er wordt geadverteerd met WiFi. Er is geen oven/magnetron zoals op de omschrijving en op de foto staat. De wc bril zit los waardoor je er steeds afvalt. Het huisje was niet schoon. De gastvrouw na 1 week gezien en ze kwam ongevraagd bij mij zitten om te vragen naar het geld voor de airco. Kortom: prachtige omgeving, mooie tuin, geweldig zwembad, huisje minimaal en de gastvrouw heel onprettig. Jammer, want het heeft veel potentie om een geweldig complex te zijn. Verklaart wel waarom wij twee weken nagenoeg alleen daar waren, de overige huisjes waren bijna altijd leeg.

The house has beautifully renovated leg. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen.The apartment is very nicely furnished with attention for detail and authentic. And Has A nice bed! When it is hot outside, the apartment stays cool.In the big garden we enjoyed the view in the shade and had breakfast and lunch on the terrace.The pleasant setting and surroundings are very picturesque. We enjoyed very good lunch and dinner in the area for little money. Rome is easy to get around by train.The hostess Francesca firing fantastic care of us. She gift us a very warm welcome on arrival and made sure we lacked nothing. Francesca and her family did everything to make us feel good! We would love to go back again!

Environment fantastic. You're in the middle of nowhere so you can relax here. The owners do not speak English and the daughter does the reception. This is also difficult mAr what gives it has its charm. You have to have a car here otherwise you will not get anywhere and take into account that 60 km there you are about one and a half hours on the road. We loved it after three days of Rome to spend 7 days in the vicinity of the other hours in the quiet house. The only minus point is that you get 1 large and 1 small towel for 1 week. We had to pick up the key at the family restaurant. It was a bit unclear whether we were in the right place because there was nobody in sight and the restaurant seemed closed. We just walked inside and it turned out that someone was waiting for us in a corner. Furthermore, well received and brought to the apartment with short explanation, that was completely fine.The apartment is cozy cozy with a very nice terrace with canopy.
