Once arrived it was a very nice surprise! It went crazy and what a beautiful entrance, the view of the pool and the pool the gigantic view of the bergen.De environment is very nice, very green and very quiet. It is really a village, even the street in the navigation was not actually where the navigation sent us. That is why we still had to search for the place, eventually called but the owner Francesca can not speak English. Fortunately there was another couple, they helped us further. The owner is super sweet! Together with her parents they do everything to make your holiday run smoothly. They also have a restaurant 2 km further on, here we have eaten 2x. Good food and delicious wine! The pool was also open while the description stated that it was only open in July and August, so this was very nice! The apartment is fine, everything was there. However, they may renew the bed of me, this was rather rickety. All in all a super nice relaxing holiday, 1 day to Rome and 1 evening to Tivolli, really a must! Very picturesque and truly Italian. The rest of the days at the pool and walked. If you come for your rest then you are certainly here in his place! We will definitely come back again.

The resort was very nice I've been to Italy four times, but here you can really relax. The location allows you to plan a tour of Rome, the Vatican and many other historical places. Owners Very Helpful and friendly, help in every matter. The plot very well maintained, a great pool with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Peace and quiet you can relax and forget about the duties of everyday life. I am convinced that I will still visit this place and decency tells me to praise and distinguish the owners and their contribution to the approach to their guests. We arrived late on Saturday evening. The key to the house we could pick up at a restaurant. Here we got from the owner, Francesca, pizza and drinks before we went to the house. That started well! At the cottage she led us around and explained everything. The road there was bad, especially if you're not used to it. Am glad we had a rental car, and not our own car. If you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy the peace and quiet.We actually had all the time the pool for ourselves, because the other guests were sitting at their cottage or a day away, in combination with views over the and the lovely sun, really let us enjoy.Plus points- Wonderfully quiet.- Beautiful beds by the pool.- Pool for ourselves.- Nice back 2 basic.- "A beautiful clear sky evening. -The owner is very friendly , the restaurant of the family (Belvedere) is also a aanrader.A few hiccups - When booking was mentioned that there would be an oven / microwave, which was not. (in the other house, we had "Pino") - Many flies and wasps at the pool.- Lots of vermin in the house (small cockroaches and beetles). - Many stray cats! When we were eating outside the house, eight cats were sitting right next to us, who could not be chased away. Very annoying if you do not like cats. - The shower head was dated, the water was blowing in all directions. Also the hot water was quickly up and the shower became cold.- We wanted clean towels, which cost 10 euros per person.

The owner is a charming, cozy Italian lady who is very committed to her guests. No question is too much for her. A dinner in the family restaurant Belvedere in Forano is highly recommended to experience Italian cuisine and hospitality. We would love to go back again! We had a fantastic holiday in Selci in this apartment. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the hills, the valley and the tranquility and beautiful garden with olive trees, plants and flowers. The house has beautifully renovated leg. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen.The apartment is very nicely furnished with attention for detail and authentic. And Has A nice bed! When it is hot outside, the apartment stays cool.In the big garden we enjoyed the view in the shade and had breakfast and lunch on the terrace.The pleasant setting and surroundings are very picturesque. We enjoyed very good lunch and dinner in the area for little money. Rome is easy to get around by train.The hostess Francesca firing fantastic care of us. She gift us a very warm welcome on arrival and made sure we lacked nothing. Francesca and her family did everything to make us feel good! We would love to go back again!

Nice setting, nice house, beautiful pool. You should keep in mind that there is little to do in the area. However you for € 9.30 pp have a return ticket by train to Rome, which can be used also for all public transport in Rome itself.

Beautiful surroundings, not too touristy, the managers are very friendly and helpful. Apartment small but nice, and equipped with a well maintained colorful garden, with top pool. You can completely relax in Il Cerreto !!

Environment fantastic. You're in the middle of nowhere so you can relax here. The owners do not speak English and the daughter does the reception. This is also difficult mAr what gives it has its charm. You have to have a car here otherwise you will not get anywhere and take into account that 60 km there you are about one and a half hours on the road. We loved it after three days of Rome to spend 7 days in the vicinity of the other hours in the quiet house. The only minus point is that you get 1 large and 1 small towel for 1 week. Want more than pay per set again 15 euros.

We have had a wonderful holiday in a cottage Martino. The hostess Francesca was very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant where she also owns and a 10 min drive away. The location of the house is very favorable compared to Rome and has a nice view. The house was nicely decorated, nice garden and swimming pool. In short, we had a lovely well-kept holiday.
