Once arrived it was a very nice surprise! It went crazy and what a beautiful entrance, the view of the pool and the pool the gigantic view of the bergen.De environment is very nice, very green and very quiet. It is really a village, even the street in the navigation was not actually where the navigation sent us. That is why we still had to search for the place, eventually called but the owner Francesca can not speak English. Fortunately there was another couple, they helped us further. The owner is super sweet! Together with her parents they do everything to make your holiday run smoothly. They also have a restaurant 2 km further on, here we have eaten 2x. Good food and delicious wine! The pool was also open while the description stated that it was only open in July and August, so this was very nice! The apartment is fine, everything was there. However, they may renew the bed of me, this was rather rickety. All in all a super nice relaxing holiday, 1 day to Rome and 1 evening to Tivolli, really a must! Very picturesque and truly Italian. The rest of the days at the pool and walked. If you come for your rest then you are certainly here in his place! We will definitely come back again.

We have had a wonderful holiday in a cottage Martino. The hostess Francesca was very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant where she also owns and a 10 min drive away. The location of the house is very favorable compared to Rome and has a nice view. The house was nicely decorated, nice garden and swimming pool. In short, we had a lovely well-kept holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday in Selci in this apartment. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the hills, the valley and the tranquility and beautiful garden with olive trees, plants and flowers. The house has beautifully renovated leg. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen.The apartment is very nicely furnished with attention for detail and authentic. And Has A nice bed! When it is hot outside, the apartment stays cool.In the big garden we enjoyed the view in the shade and had breakfast and lunch on the terrace.The pleasant setting and surroundings are very picturesque. We enjoyed very good lunch and dinner in the area for little money. Rome is easy to get around by train.The hostess Francesca firing fantastic care of us. She gift us a very warm welcome on arrival and made sure we lacked nothing. Francesca and her family did everything to make us feel good! We would love to go back again!

Arrival was super after we were brought by Fransesca. Accommodation was not very luxurious. Bed was for improvement and kitchenware was not very complete.

The hospitality of Francisca, the beautiful location of the house, the beautiful surroundings were very fine. Good bed, beautiful little house, only the kitchen equipment has room for improvement: plastic plates, no soup bowls, no deep plates, no wine glasses, a mixed bag. What a lovely place! We were warmly welcomed by Francesca in her restaurant. She took us to the cottage, a village away. Small-scale, with a lovely garden and beautiful view. The cottage was fine and fully equipped. If I would have to mention a downside, it was the shower, a bit tight and little pressure. The pool was very nice. At the central terrace is the Wi-Fi point. We had the complex almost all week to ourselves. Definitely go eat at Francesca! There is no menu, you say what you want and it is made. At the weekend you can eat delicious pizza. A petrol station and supermarket are a 10-minute drive away. Riet, Tivoli and Rome can be reached within an hour. Then don't take the highway, but drive through the mountains. Great views!! There is an info folder ready and otherwise Francesca will be happy to help you. I would stay here again for a week. We had a great holiday!

After registering at the restaurant of the owner, she guided us to the beautiful estate in Selci. Once there, she explained a few things about the accommodation and our stay. The cottage was fine, but we especially enjoyed the rest of the estate: especially the wonderful swimming pool and the beautiful view, we thought was great. We have visited this house after the high season. We were kindly received at the family restaurant and brought to the cottage. We were given directions and received some information about the area. The grounds and swimming pool are kept neat and clean. The cottage was cozy and equipped with a nice shower. The day can be planned in the seating area under the canopy as there is excellent WiFi available. The area is beautiful with hiking opportunities, villages and abbeys. By train it is an hour to Rome (great to do and well arranged). By car you can easily reach Tivoli at Villa d "Este. We had a very nice holiday. The hostess is keen to make guests feel at home. She gives tips for what to visit and a small shortage was immediately Also neat: the cottage is only accessed after consultation for new towels or bedding.
