The house is located above the beautiful little town of Sestino, right on the Marche/Tuscany border. At an altitude of approx. 550m you have a wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The landlady Laura is very nice, she is always available and on site every day. The house is in great condition (it was only completely renovated 3-4 years ago) and the equipment, especially the large kitchen, is perfect. The house is divided into 3 floors that are not connected to each other. EC kitchen, living room and bathroom. 1st floor 1 bedroom, bathroom and 1 large room with kitchenette. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The beautiful pool is a few meters above the house. At the pool there is a shower, 2 parasols and several good sun loungers. You can always find a place in the shade around the house.

There are problems with the pool water, the owner is doing everything to resolve this, and is continuously having analyses done. Bad luck for her, unfortunate for us and the kids.

A delightful experience! The region is beautiful and the house is well-equipped. We loved being able to have a barbecue in the garden and enjoy meals outside. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends.

Belvilla by OYO Poggio Marino was an excellent refuge for our family! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We particularly enjoyed the private pool after days spent exploring nearby medieval villages. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. A big thumbs up for the friendly hosts who made us feel at home!

The location is fantastic! Situated between Marche, Tuscany, and Emilia Romagna, we enjoyed trips to charming medieval villages. The house was well-equipped and comfortable for our family of four, and the kids loved playing in the garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Belvilla by OYO Poggio Marino! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the beautiful Italian countryside. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at this vacation home. It is conveniently located just a mile from downtown, which makes it easy to buy groceries or enjoy a meal out. The living space was clean and functional, with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The pool was a nice extra, although we found the weather a bit cool for swimming. Overall, it was a comfortable place to relax after our daily excursions, and the free WiFi was a great advantage for keeping in touch with family back home.

Due to circumstances we arrived later than expected, we have sent messages with the house owner and she was very friendly and helpful. Top address mainly for those seeking peace, walking in the area is possible but tough because of the differences in altitude. With the car there are of course various excursions possible. The house has good facilities to cook something yourself, in the village there is a bakery and a small shop. The owner comes to clean the swimming pool every day ("early in the morning) and also to collect the garbage.

Laura was really very caring and also recommended excursion destinations to us, which we were very happy to do. The house is slightly elevated, but is easy to reach. The pool is clean and nice and big. There are also enough loungers available.
All in all, a great holiday accommodation for families, friends and even pets. We had our dog with us and she really enjoyed it.

Pool was great, pizza oven in the outdoor area was great, there was also enough wood available. There is everything you need in town - restaurants, bakery, butcher shop and Laura helps with the arrangements if a shop is closed. Wonderful to switch off and relax, also thanks to the great hostess.

You have a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. At the pool there are enough chairs, 2 umbrellas and a shower. Around the house you can always find a place in the shade. The existing pizza oven and BBQ take care of the rest. An ideal holiday home for us.
