This holiday home is located in the small town of Fano. It has 2 bedrooms for housing 3 people comfortably. Ideal for a small family travelling together, the home features a well-furnished garden and terrace for relaxation.

As soon as you enter you are in a living area with a double-sided fireplace that can also be opened from the kitchen room. The kitchen is really large and equipped with beautiful wooden beams that recall the warm colours of the furniture. The French window leads to an outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining and BBQ. Parking and table football is also available here. You can bring your pet free of charge here.

Hello, we stayed with family in this house and everything was good, clean, and quiet since the house is located on the outskirts of the city. The view in the evening was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the area. There is personal parking right next to the door, which is very convenient. The only thing not mentioned in the description is that the house is intended for two families and there is no air conditioning. However, this was noted when we were on vacation in July, and it was very hot outside as well as inside the house. Overall, everything was great. If there were any questions, Vanessa was always there to help.

Willa Vanessa Coccinella was a charming place to relax. Clean and practical, it had all the essentials we needed, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is convenient, with supermarkets nearby and attractions like Parco Rebecca just a few kilometers away. The outdoor dining setup was great for summer evenings. Although it wasn't luxurious, it provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere. No complaints.

Good morning, we stayed with our family in this house and everything was good, clean, and quiet since the house is located on the outskirts of the city. The only thing is that the listing did not mention that the house is intended for two families and there is no air conditioning, but this is stated further on. When we were there in July, it was very hot both outside and inside the house, but overall everything was fantastic. If there were questions, Vanessa was always there to help.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, and otherwise, the furnishings of the house were rather meager. Wi-Fi did not work. The descriptions of the house did not match the photos in the advertisement and the description. Our daughter's room was a storage room, and the bed squeaked and was very uncomfortable. Our bed was also not particularly good. The landlady was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. At night, the whole house was illuminated by floor heaters. One of them is directly in front of the bedroom. So if you don't want to close the shutters, you have light in the room all night. In response to the request to turn it off, there was an unfriendly reply that she could and would not do that. She neither greeted nor spoke to my husband. In the end, she only addressed our daughter because she speaks Italian. In response to my WhatsApps in English, she replied to my daughter instead of me. Of all the holiday homes we have seen in the region over the last 14 years, this was the worst.
