We had a wonderful stay at Belvilla by OYO! The house is beautifully refurbished, and the charm of the countryside really shines through, The large swimming pool was a highlight for our group, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Marche landscape, The kids loved the adventure park nearby, and we took advantage of the hiking and biking trails in Carpegna Park, Our evenings were spent grilling on the barbecue and making pizzas in the outdoor oven—an absolute treat! The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home, Highly recommend for a family getaway!

The ambiance of the house is charming and cozy, We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool, It was a bit crowded at times since it’s shared, but we made the best of it, The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the barbecue was a hit, Would recommend for families!

Amazing location! The scenery is beautiful and the pool area is a dream, I really liked the pizza oven, we made some great dinners there, The only thing I’d say is, be ready for a bit of a drive to the beach, but it was fun to explore the area!

Very beautiful house! Perfect for families and groups of friends, The pool is well maintained and clean! The owner and his family were very kind and helpful. They welcomed us upon arrival and provided excellent advice for our stay. We spent a vacation focused on relaxation in nature. Unfortunately, the service from Belvilla was unacceptable, as they did not inform the owner of our arrival and did not respond to me after the booking. We risked going home if we had not found the owner by chance. I had requested a contact for check-in before arrival, but I did not receive any response from the host!

The villa is beautiful, but divided in two. This was not mentioned in the ads and is not clear anywhere. The "Belvilla" intermediaries were disappointing! They disappeared right after our booking. Fortunately, the owners, wonderful people, compensated for all the shortcomings of "Belvilla" with their availability and kindness. In any case, I did not receive what I expected and what I had directly asked Iris Belvilla.

The apartment is very clean and the 2 bedrooms are spacious. The eat-in kitchen, on the other hand, is relatively small and not well suited for cooking. If the neighboring apartment is occupied, there may be noise as the apartments are connected by a locked door. The house is protected from the blazing sun by old trees and it is pleasantly cool inside. The swimming pool is big and has a nice view. The landlords are very nice.
