Résidence La Palmeraie enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by vineyards and palm trees. The picturesque centre of the historic town of Grimaud is around 3 km away and the nearest beaches, in the bay of Saint-Tropez (Les Marines de Cogolin) are also around 3 km away. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away.
This resort features two outdoor swimming pools (open from mid April to mid September, heated in spring and autumn, depending on the weather). Further facilities include a reception, breakfast room, tennis courts, central parking area, laundrette and boules courts. The park has restricted vehicle access and is closed off by a gate.

Résidence La Palmeraie is ideally located just outside the town of Grimaud, not far from the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. In a location like this, you'll have a wide range of water sports to choose from of course. The beautiful bay of Saint-Tropez is the backdrop of both pleasant Sainte-Maxime and flamboyant Saint-Tropez. Don't miss the opportunity to go for a stroll along the marina in the evening, when the most luxurious yachts and their proud owners are setting the scene. The magnificent beaches of Pampelonne, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula (around 12 km), are world famous and not without reason. The picturesque village of Gassin is the most stunning place for a romantic dinner. It's built like an eagle's nest on top of a hill.
The historic centre of Grimaud is worth a visit and a climb up to the old castle ruins will be rewarded with some stunning views.
Don't forget to go for a drive along the red rocks of the Estérel mountain range and stop off at some of the beautiful, hidden, creekside beaches. And a little further away, you can visit some interesting cities like Cannes, Nice and Monte-Carlo.

Beautiful place. In the middle of summer when we were there. Partly due to the air conditioning, it was nice and cool in the apartment. Pool was wonderful and clean.

A wonderful place for relaxation! The gardens around the residence were beautifully maintained, and it was like a little oasis. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Spacious and cozy, We were five people and everyone had space, Everything was well-furnished and clean, Parking was easy, and the hosts were friendly, It's a bit of a drive to the main attractions, but the peace and quiet were worth it.

The photos shown when booking on the Belvilla website do not resemble what you actually get. Instead of 2 single beds in a sleeping location, you are confronted with a bunk bed that is located directly behind the front door in the hall. Also the dimensions of the bedroom shown with a door to the outside on the website is in reality a 1.50 by 2.20 loft with a very small window. Also the apartment was filthy there were many things broken the paint was everywhere and the inventory was of the level thrift store. (a pile of furniture gathered together, a very bad sofa bed and broken crockery and dirty cutlery). In short, this is worth 1550 euros per week. I've been in a hostel in the Czech Republic this year and that cost 30 euros per person per night. The quality of that Hostel was 5 stars compared to this loft. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
