The place was nice, but a bit basic for our taste, It had all the essentials, but we were hoping for a bit more character, The location is decent, with a minimarket nearby and some lovely attractions within driving distance, like La Cite de la Mer, It was a comfortable stay, just not as memorable as we had hoped

What an incredible stay! The vacation house was perfectly located, just steps from Anse du Brick beach. We spent our evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine, enjoying the stunning view of the sea. The cozy fireplace added a lovely touch to our nights spent indoors. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! The garden was a nice place for our evening barbecues, and the kids loved running around. The proximity to Anse du Brick beach was a major asset. Everything was well maintained and carefully organized. A little piece of paradise in Normandy!

A solid choice for an outing! The living room was very comfortable and we loved the coastal vibe throughout the house. The proximity to the beach was a big plus, although we did hope for a few more dining options nearby.

What a beautiful view this house has. Everything you need is there, including dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs it is a bit smaller and you can easily bump your head because of the ceiling beams. But despite that we would go back to this house. The area is also very worthwhile.

What a wonderful stay! The Scenic Holiday Home in Fermanville exceeded our expectations. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially during sunset with a glass of wine in hand. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for daily swims. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking together a pleasure. Highly recommended for families!

Very nice house, beautiful view. Quiet area and the sound of the sea is constantly present. Everything is provided. If there is something you can contact the owner and he always responds very quickly.

No personal reception and no follow-up. Owner not seen. The cottage is in a fantastic location, but for that you have to climb stairs considerably. The cottage itself is very outdated and was not clean. In the area you can drive beautiful routes through villages along the coast. And the D-Day beaches are relatively close (1.5 hours).

After you have parked the car, about thirty meters higher, a very nice house with a beautiful view of the sea is ready for a wonderful holiday. All luggage has to be lugged up 75 fairly uneven steps. A challenge especially if you are already retired! The house is cozy and fully equipped. The beds are fine as well as sanitary facilities and kitchen. Bed and bath linen are provided. The WiFi works fine. The owner sent good directions and is quickly present in case of problems. The only point of criticism is the outdoor furniture, which is not very comfortable and a bit rickety. We have rented a lot of houses in France, but this house is the best of them all in terms of location, view and cosiness.

The house is very clean and neat. As vegans we often have to buy new pans when staying in a holiday home (bacon grease often permeates everything thing), so we’re prepared to do so again. But the pans were also spotless. Hurrah! Of course the main plus point of this house is the location. The view is breathtaking. It’s hard to capture on camera, but we tried and have 100’s of pictures to bore family and friends with. The house backs onto a nature reserve with old WWI bunkers and wild horses. Also very much worth exploring.

It was gorgeous. Great communication with the landlord. Great view. Super clean. And the area is wonderful to explore by car. Also fantastic for every vacationer with dogs. 5 out of 5 stars, gladly again.

After climbing > 60 steps you have a fantastic view over the sea. The cottage is tastefully decorated. For us tall Dutch people regularly AUW! Then we bumped our heads against something again... "French battle" regularly came to my mind..... wobbly toilet, poor finish, "no hot water in the evening. But the location and the fantastic view do you take that for granted. We had a wonderful time.

There was no one there but we had received an email with directions. The key was under a stone and there was also a note with all the owner's details that we could always reach. Later we received a text message asking if everything was OK. So that was well arranged for us. To reach the house we had to do many stairs (fifty?). The car of course stayed downstairs. So we had to go upstairs with all our conveniences ... But the house was nicely decorated and the terrace overlooking the sea was great. We also walked a lot along the coast, highly recommended.

A very nice house that was furnished with attention to detail. We were particularly pleased that there is now a dishwasher. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic. Five minutes from the house is a small beach where you can swim and surf. The nearest shops are about 8 minutes away (car). The landlord responded quickly to our concerns and helped us quickly and in a very friendly manner. When we arrived, the apartment had probably not been inhabited for a long time due to the Corona crisis, which you noticed in the dust in one place or another. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back if we were on holiday in Brittany. If you have trouble walking, you should reconsider it, as there are a few steps from the parking lot to the house.
