This new residence "Le Domaine de l'Ocean" is located 300 m from the beach, the shops and the casino. The bungalows are separated from each other by footpaths. Nantes, the capital city of the department of Loire-Atlantique and also the economic and cultural centre of the region, is located 60 km away and is more than worth a visit! Be amazed at the imposing Gothic cathedral and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, built in the 10th century by King Francis II. In Saint-Brévin L'Océan culture and nature are inextricably combined. The picturesque village offers culture lovers a wide range of dolmens and menhirs, a picturesque church from the 11th century and the musée de la Marine, housed in an old fort. The recently installed esplanade Mindin and the botanical garden assure that you not only have lovely walks along the beach, bus also in Saint-Brévin or take part in various water sports out on the water, such as sailing or surfing. Visit the mostly lovely spots in Saint-Brévin in a little tourist train. Thanks to the picturesque surroundings, the famous Breton gastronomy and the colourful traditions, you will assuredly spend a worry free holiday here.

The location of the park is good, but it's 300/500 m walk and you are at the beach. In our period (early June) it was nice and quiet and plenty of parking along the coast. How it is in high season I can not judge. The house (4 persons) was spacious and well appointed. It is mainly an area where you (almost) everywhere have a walkway along the coast and therefore can walk for hours. Of the Loire itself should not expect too much in this section there are no castles etc. It was just a shame we could not have an internet connection (wire break) and the reception is closed one day a week.

House was new and clean. Unfortunately really no place for 3 or more people in a 4 person house. Shame only 2 cores where only two pans can. Reception speaks English moderately. Cleaning you can do yourself. Park is small but nice.

We really enjoyed the cottage and the domain. Maybe a small minus on the pool was not really clear to us why you had to buy to 2 euros and got this post paid back? A spare tire I personally feel that the opening hours have been quite minimal when you consider that the washing machine only open and usable during these hours ....
