Modern architecture and comfort are characteristic for this beautifully landscaped holiday park. It's located in the popular beach resort Le Cap d’Agde, in the quiet neighbourhood of Rochelongue. The beach with the same name is less than 150 m from the résidence and can be reached by way of a footpath. The Rochelongue 'mall' is also around the corner.
Cap d'Agde offers fun for everyone: there's a good 14 km of sandy beach in the immediate vicinity, a beautiful golf course, an amusement park, an atmospheric marina with promenade, more than enough possibilities for water sports and a wide offer in shops, bars and restaurants with summery terraces.
The complex offers a wonderful and centrally located swimming pool, a good restaurant and a spa.

Modern and comfortable holiday address by the fine sand beach of Rochelongue

Pets need to be vaccinated and microchipped (or tattooed).
The swimming pool is open from April until late September.
Besides free animation in July and August for children between 4 and 15, there are also special family activities.

A wonderful stay! The air-conditioned studio was a lifesaver during the heat, We loved spending our afternoons at the beach and returning to a cool, relaxing space, Would definitely come back!

This place is ideal for a relaxing getaway, The studio was well-equipped, and I loved being able to prepare my meals in the kitchenette, The nearby beaches, especially Plage de la Baie de l'Amitie, were stunning, It was a practical stay with everything we needed, although I wish there were a few more amenities on-site, Overall, a solid choice for a beach holiday

Had a fantastic time at this lovely studio! It was spacious enough for two and had all the essentials, The location is unbeatable—close to multiple beaches and just a short drive from attractions like Aqualand, I also enjoyed the local eateries within walking distance, The only downside was the noise from the street at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay, Would recommend for anyone looking for a beach escape!

It is definitely an ideal place if you are looking for convenience. The studio was clean and the air conditioning worked well during the hot days. It was a bit noisy at night because of the neighboring restaurants, but nothing too disturbing.
