200 metres from the superb Pentrez-Plage beach with access via a footpath, the Les Terrasses de Pentrez-Plage residence overlooks Douarnenez Bay and offers a prestigious view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is composed of semi-detached villas and apartments, as well as a shared, covered and heated swimming pool with sliding doors opening onto the terrace and garden.
Close to the Crozon peninsula, on the Finisterre headland, lovers of the natural environment will enjoy the impressive cliffs dotted with caves that link Pentrez to Caméros inlet.
Lovers of water sports and seaside activities (land yachting, speed-sail, swimming, kite flying, etc.) will appreciate the remarkable quality of the beach, while walking enthusiasts and visitors who enjoy paragliding, hang-gliding and aero-modelling will find a spot that suits them on Menez Hom (summit of the Black Mountains).
The location of Pentrez-St Nic village, on the borders of Porzay, the Châteaulin basin and the Crozon peninsula make it an ideal base for excursions and exploring Brittany.

We enjoyed a wonderful, enjoyable and relaxing stay in Saint-Nic. It was a nice house, but a little small for 4 people. The cottage is expensive if you have to pay the full price, we enjoyed a last minute discount. On arrival it did not smell so fresh, but from day 2 the smell was gone. Otherwise the house or clean and modern and equipped with all the necessary materiaal.De setting is lovely, a very large, quiet beach and beautiful villages nearby. The pool at the park is a plus, well maintained as the rest of the domain. A small disadvantage is that you do not have much privacy on your terrace as it is open to the side, so everyone can watch on your terrace. A big advantage is that the beach really is within walking distance and what a beach. Overall we had a really nice holiday.

Brand new houses with teething problems. In our case odor. Good staff at accommodation with excellent English if French is not sufficient. Problem also good opgelost.Strand Pentrez Plage is huge: more than 500 meters walk at low tide, with clean water and nice waves for kinderen.Prima base for a wonderful omgeving.Aanrader town of Locronan nearby. According to him one of the most beautiful villages of France, and that's true! Furthermore, a trip along the coast prachtig.Wij also visited Carnac (150 km) and a guided tour in English, we have a nice picture of that special effort from the spot given antiquity
