The location is fantastic! Roquebrun is charming, and we loved exploring the local bistros, Having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus, especially with the oven and microwave to prepare quick meals,

On arrival we were really impressed that it lived up to all expectations. The house looked okay. It had been neatly cleaned. The surroundings looked beautiful. The pool looked nice ". Unfortunately, the tweed impression was less attractive. There was a wasp plague with wasps that loved meat. The pool was in good order but it was not maintained enough with a lot of green deposits and algae. Maintenance once a week really seems too little for such a swimming pool. Inside, many rooms had a suspicious sewer smell. The showers were not clean. The bubble bath was not functioning. The coffee maker was defective. The dishwasher was not properly maintained, filters were completely clogged. Unfortunately. There was chaos in the kitchen equipment. The amount of plates and cutlery were not suitable for a stay of 10 people. In general it can be said that the house needs a thorough overhaul. We can really compare with other locations.

we have been renting this house for 12 years (except last year not because of corona). and we still enjoy this magnificent house, the beautiful view of the beautiful terrace, the tranquility and the nice environment. Also thanks to the cleaning crew (it was very clean). Also many thanks to the owner and our hostess Marlene who do everything to give the guests a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, if something breaks, they can't do anything about it (even if they make every effort) if they have to wait for a part to fix it. We already looked at another house/environment to rent, but if you have stayed in this house it will be very difficult to be satisfied with another house/environment. Beautifully hidden on a hill lies this beautiful villa. After our previous house, which was worth a 10/10, we had to get used to this house. After half a day, we were already converted and enjoyed this practical and beautifully located house. The pool was great and well-maintained, and aside from a poor WiFi connection, everything was top-notch. Next year, the owner will also be living here in a part of the house. For us, that would be a reason not to book again. However, this week was excellent. The welcome from Marlene from Belvilla was relaxed and pleasant.
