A fantastic stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished and very spacious. We felt at home and loved how close we were to nature. The children had a lot of fun at the nearby playground, and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant just around the corner. We would definitely come back!

Upon arrival very kindly received by Gabriella, a hostess pur sang, everything you can ask, problems / defects are resolved immediately, along with her husband, and everything with a smile. The area is beautiful, many hiking opportunities and a variety of nice villages and towns, most in the immediate vicinity, a little further Weimar is a must. The region also offers an overwhelming range of culture.

We have a week night in the house. Very friendly people and got acquainted. Very pleasant surroundings. Trips made in the area include waterfalls and mountain setting. Been day trip to Berlin and Tropical-Islands-Allee visited. Children have very entertained. Large shopping malls in Dresden. Very highly recommended to rent this property again.

We felt very comfortable. There was an unobtrusive warm care by the landlady. The apartment itself is spacious, modernly furnished and very clean. The kitchen equipment was great - finally crockery and cutlery that was sufficiently available and of the same type. The bathroom is really chic - the shower is great and made for tall people. There is even a tumble dryer for towels or small laundry. The mattress hardness was too soft for us - but that's a matter of taste. The construction site noise described became quieter every day, since the work was shifting indoors and will soon be over. And, during the day you're always on the go. The physiotherapy that followed was not noticeable. The good thing is that they even offer massages for the vacationers. It doesn't get any better than that. With the spa card you save even more - some visits are reduced or free and public transport is free with it. We had good weather and were able to fully enjoy the large terrace under the parasol after our excursions. We are experienced holiday home users and can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience.

Received by replacement who handed us the key. Owners had already notified by email that they were on holiday and could not welcome us. Neat, clean, modern tight house. Neat kitchen with small dishwasher, oven and separate microwave. House is next to the Netto Discount Supermarket, so we woke up once a week and unloaded around 3 o'clock in the night. However, shutters are available to absorb more sound. The latter also applies to the motorway, about 500 meters behind the house, which is audible in the wind direction. (It is known that there is no wifi in the house.) Surroundings are excellent for (city) trips, entertainment and hiking etc .. We ourselves have used the Thüringercard this for 6 days .

The seating in the living room is very low and soft, was uncomfortable for us. The location is good. You can quickly reach attractions by car. For young people, this apartment is great.

Sonnenschein House is a modern and clean holiday apartment. According to the owners, the fam Witzel, we were the first tenants. The apartment has a large roof terrace and is located next to the supermarket Netto (which we did not bother). There was a lot of privacy, because the physiotherapy area below the apartment was closed evenings and weekends. From out of this apartment, we walked a lot in Tabarz and have visited the places Waltershausen, Friedrichroda Finsterbergen, Tambach-Dietharz and Brottenrode. We also visited the incredibly beautiful cities of Gotha and Eisenach Erfurt. We also have the Groβer Inselbeg climbed. That was a whopping height of ± 400 meters. This apartment is a must for people who love to walk and rest. Jan and Ria Willems Breda
