The apartment is very nicely located with a beautiful terrace in a very nice garden. Parking and storing the bicycles was not a problem. The landlords were very nice, friendly, and helpful. In the apartment, there is a lot of informational material about excursion possibilities. Additional information and tips were provided by the landlords. By train, you can get everywhere for bike tours, hikes, and city sightseeing. Those interested in art will find satisfaction at the Georg Schäfer Museum in Schweinfurt, among others, with works by Carl Spitzweg, Caspar David Friedrich, and the German Impressionists Max Liebermann, Lovis Corinth, and Max Slevogt.

The house is very cozy and the garden is fraai.Op the picture 's not clear, but is also a separate shower. Wifi is fine and the BVN Zeder is received on the TV. Lots of documentation nearby lies ready and every city / activity organized into folders. the landlords are ready with suggestions for day trips and restaurants (do Brauereigaststatte Zur Alten Freyung and essZimmer not) .In the garden you can sit in different places (so there is always or sun or shade), with a little drizzle you can sit still covered in tuinhuisje.Op 1.5 km away meaning different supermarkten.Alles together a top address!

A wonderful stay in a most charming cottage. Friendly woman. We came a little later through more traffic jams than we had imagined, and called us, was no problem. 19-year-old son had a nice room to himself and enjoyed himself with his laptop and phone thanks to the free wifi and walked a lot with the three of us in the area, where there was plenty to see. Went to the wine festival in the village on Saturday, nice to experience that too.

Beautiful apartment, really spacious for a small group. The kids loved the playground outside, and the shared garden was a nice extra. The bathroom facilities were good with both a shower and a bathtub. The only downside was that the shared garden could get a bit busy with other guests, but overall, we had a great time. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

Excellent spacious and clean apartment, on the lower floor of a detached house. House is on the edge of town Zeil am Main in a residential area. The photo 's do not give that impression and it struck us something against. The floor is modern but decorated like an old house with lots of curlicues (rugs, figurines, brown fake beams and lots of dark brown furniture). Seat to be replaced and is not really comfortable. Modern large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. You can go either way Bamberg, Schweinfurt and Würtzburg are recommended. the region has the most breweries in Germany so beer lovers .... .. The house is known as a comfortable five star country house. I do not know if that's an accurate representation?

We really liked the apartment. Everything was there, what you need. The rooms were comfortably furnished, everything was available in the kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, 2 different coffee machines, toaster - everything your heart desires. In the sitting area there was a pleasantly large flat screen TV. The landlords were friendly and helpful, so they brought our luggage to the apartment as we are both disabled. Access to the apartment is not suitable for a wheelchair, but I managed well with the walker. I can recommend the apartment

We were introduced briefly but in a good way. The ground floor (typical Bavarian with many frills) was fully equipped and had a direct access to the beautiful garden. This was gemutlich and equipped with all kinds of seating areas. The (friendly) owner couple was regularly in the garden, but that was not disturbing. In the wide area there are plenty of opportunities to entertain you many beautiful hiking trails, picturesque villages and towns. Bamberg, for example, is close by and is one of the top 3 best preserved medieval towns in Europe. For children, the accommodation seems less suitable for us. The house is at the end of a quiet street (Mittelsetzring). Shops and town center of Zeil am Main are within walking distance.

From the cottage in Zeil you have many options for activities in the area and further away. Must is the fortress of Coburg or visiting Nuremberg. But also for the beautiful nature Bayerse denotes good there. For the children there is much to do in the area.

What a beautiful area - driving thru’ the lovely little towns and villages on minor roads was the best – rolling hills, autumnal colours, a real delight. The bigger towns/cities are well worth a visit – Bamberg, Wurzburg, Rothenberg, Nurnberg, usw. The area is at least as good as the Black Forest - shame that so few of us Brits have “discovered” Franconia. The flat is one of the best and the most reasonable we’ve stayed in – well equipped, very clean, home from home, (wie zu Hause) a real joy to have the cheery glow of the wood burning stove to come home to each evening. Our hosts, Margit and Manfred were most welcoming – thank you Manfred for getting the train tickets for our trip to Nurnberg. The copious info’ on towns, areas and activities in different languages was most useful in planning our next day forays – a lot of work obviously went into that. In short, one of our best holidays on the Continent due in no small part to our hosts, Margit and Manfred and their lovely holiday home.

The lower house is an excellent base for a week Germany. Complete kitchen with hob, oven, kettle, coffee. Washer and dryer for a fee in the general area. The apartment is filled with rugs, vases and personal curlicues. But are very well kept. The bed is good (even for us with back problems). Recommended are the towns Rothenburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg, Coburg, only 30-40 minutes driving time. The town Zeil am Main is small and extinct. We were there at the time of Weinfest, when very busy and cozy. The owners are welcoming you and they insist you last night drinking a beer with them. Flags go literally out in the shed. Hey are nice people and they do everything to make the guests to their liking!

From 11 to 18 October at Wild Rose stayed .We have had all week fine weather, 19 to 20 degrees, good food at the brewery in the village, very friendly reception had, also we have a couple of hours spent with the owners in the gazebo was very cozy, beer / glass of wine .The lady is interested in history, so she knows how to tell a lot from the area, they have very nice .Also took us to the castle on the hill above the village in the evening at 8 hours, it was pitch dark there, lanterns along, certainly walked one hour, a wonderful view of the village and surrounding area seen. This was a wish of our son 11 years, We were tired of geklim, so then enjoy a beer in the brewery together, very cozy! Furthermore, it is a beautiful area, if you leave the village denotes straight in nature We have nice quiet country lanes very beautiful .If cities Nuremberg, Bamberg, Coburg and Schweinfurt visited by small villages. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, and well equipped. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden facilities were great, our own little patio area, a real suntrap and peaceful in evenings for a glass of wine, and a garden house where we spent a very pleasant evening with our hosts and their friends, exchanging stories in a mixture of English and German. The house is in a suburb and within walking distance of Zeil centre, a charming small town with some interesting historical / cultural sights. We recommend the Frishemarkt for shopping. Nearby is the wonderful Bamberg, great for culture, history and shopping, where we were lucky to chance upon the end of the festival period and a fun-packed evening of music, beer and dancing. We met lots of new people there, and made some new friends, both English and German. We loved the local vineyards and brought back some very tasty wine from our travels. Further afield, we visited the Neuschwanstein castle - a long drive, but worth it - and Wurzburg, a fascinating and beautiful city. Altogether an excellent holiday. Although Zeil am Main not exactly a tourist highlight is the wealth of information, by the owners, in the apartment arranged by subject, the choice to make a trip in the immediate or wider area, possible. Nice area for walking (we have done a lot) and there is a lot of cycling. Ample supply of restaurants, where you can eat well. One of the many winegrowers has a vinotheque in the town and there you can taste the wines extensively (and buy of course). We have had a great time for 2 weeks.

Sail and the surroundings are very quiet. We saw almost no tourists. Strange, because the nature is beautiful and there are many attractive places. Bamberg is an absolute must! The cottage is beautiful and clean, the garden is great. We were with our son a year and there are a lot of fragile things in the house. The owners are incredibly friendly and think with everything. We had a really nice time and we would definitely recommend this house!

Here's really all up to the last detail. Everything is there (except a microwave, but an oven). The house is very cozy and the garden is fraai.Op the picture 's not clear, but is also a separate shower. Wifi is fine and the BVN Zeder is received on the TV. Lots of documentation nearby lies ready and every city / activity organized into folders. the landlords are ready with suggestions for day trips and restaurants (do Brauereigaststatte Zur Alten Freyung and essZimmer not) .In the garden you can sit in different places (so there is always or sun or shade), with a little drizzle you can sit still covered in tuinhuisje.Op 1.5 km away meaning different supermarkten.Alles together a top address!

Upon arrival the hostess showed all very well classified information is in the apartment about what you can do in the area. Something for everyone biking, hiking, visiting castles, visiting wine brewers, thermal baths and so on. The apartment is fully equipped. Cozy furnishings and complete kitchen and eetuitrusting. Nice garden to sit in and eat. And nice hosts who keep a safe distance and at the same time ready to help you whenever you have a question. With an eye for our 10-year-old who came into his own as a football at Bayern Munich this house -) We have wonderful cycling trips made in the immediate area and a nice swim and relaxed in beautiful pool in Bamberg.

We really liked the apartment. Everything was there, what you need. The rooms were comfortably furnished, everything was available in the kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, 2 different coffee machines, toaster - everything your heart desires. In the sitting area there was a pleasantly large flat screen TV. The landlords were friendly and helpful, so they brought our luggage to the apartment as we are both disabled. Access to the apartment is not suitable for a wheelchair, but I managed well with the walker. I can recommend the apartment

We were introduced briefly but in a good way. The ground floor (typical Bavarian with many frills) was fully equipped and had a direct access to the beautiful garden. This was gemutlich and equipped with all kinds of seating areas. The (friendly) owner couple was regularly in the garden, but that was not disturbing. In the wide area there are plenty of opportunities to entertain you many beautiful hiking trails, picturesque villages and towns. Bamberg, for example, is close by and is one of the top 3 best preserved medieval towns in Europe. For children, the accommodation seems less suitable for us. The house is at the end of a quiet street (Mittelsetzring). Shops and town center of Zeil am Main are within walking distance.

Excellent spacious and clean apartment, on the lower floor of a detached house. House is on the edge of town Zeil am Main in a residential area. The photo 's do not give that impression and it struck us something against. The floor is modern but decorated like an old house with lots of curlicues (rugs, figurines, brown fake beams and lots of dark brown furniture). Seat to be replaced and is not really comfortable. Modern large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. You can go either way Bamberg, Schweinfurt and Würtzburg are recommended. the region has the most breweries in Germany so beer lovers .... .. The house is known as a comfortable five star country house. I do not know if that's an accurate representation?

What a beautiful area - driving thru’ the lovely little towns and villages on minor roads was the best – rolling hills, autumnal colours, a real delight. The bigger towns/cities are well worth a visit – Bamberg, Wurzburg, Rothenberg, Nurnberg, usw. The area is at least as good as the Black Forest - shame that so few of us Brits have “discovered” Franconia. The flat is one of the best and the most reasonable we’ve stayed in – well equipped, very clean, home from home, (wie zu Hause) a real joy to have the cheery glow of the wood burning stove to come home to each evening. Our hosts, Margit and Manfred were most welcoming – thank you Manfred for getting the train tickets for our trip to Nurnberg. The copious info’ on towns, areas and activities in different languages was most useful in planning our next day forays – a lot of work obviously went into that. In short, one of our best holidays on the Continent due in no small part to our hosts, Margit and Manfred and their lovely holiday home.

The house is in a suburb and within walking distance of Zeil centre, a charming small town with some interesting historical / cultural sights. We recommend the Frishemarkt for shopping. Nearby is the wonderful Bamberg, great for culture, history and shopping, where we were lucky to chance upon the end of the festival period and a fun-packed evening of music, beer and dancing. We met lots of new people there, and made some new friends, both English and German. We loved the local vineyards and brought back some very tasty wine from our travels. Further afield, we visited the Neuschwanstein castle - a long drive, but worth it - and Wurzburg, a fascinating and beautiful city. Altogether an excellent holiday. The property is fully equipped with all facilities. Very extensive information about everything there is to see / do in the area. Even sorted by subject! Neat reception by the friendly owners. Nice area for walking (we have done a lot) and there is a lot of cycling. Ample supply of restaurants, where you can eat well. One of the many winegrowers has a vinotheque in the town and there you can taste the wines extensively (and buy of course). We have had a great time for 2 weeks.

From 11 to 18 October at Wild Rose stayed .We have had all week fine weather, 19 to 20 degrees, good food at the brewery in the village, very friendly reception had, also we have a couple of hours spent with the owners in the gazebo was very cozy, beer / glass of wine .The lady is interested in history, so she knows how to tell a lot from the area, they have very nice .Also took us to the castle on the hill above the village in the evening at 8 hours, it was pitch dark there, lanterns along, certainly walked one hour, a wonderful view of the village and surrounding area seen. This was a wish of our son 11 years, We were tired of geklim, so then enjoy a beer in the brewery together, very cozy! Furthermore, it is a beautiful area, if you leave the village denotes straight in nature We have nice quiet country lanes very beautiful .If cities Nuremberg, Bamberg, Coburg and Schweinfurt visited by small villages. Furthermore you eat for very little money in the village or vicinity. Actually a week too short, so a reason to return again, but with the convertible .overall, had a great week, Lord Vissers.

A wonderful stay in a most charming cottage. Friendly woman. We came a little later through more traffic jams than we had imagined, and called us, was no problem. 19-year-old son had a nice room to himself and enjoyed himself with his laptop and phone thanks to the free wifi and walked a lot with the three of us in the area, where there was plenty to see. Went to the wine festival in the village on Saturday, nice to experience that too.

The lower house is an excellent base for a week Germany. Complete kitchen with hob, oven, kettle, coffee. Washer and dryer for a fee in the general area. The apartment is filled with rugs, vases and personal curlicues. But are very well kept. The bed is good (even for us with back problems). Recommended are the towns Rothenburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg, Coburg, only 30-40 minutes driving time. The town Zeil am Main is small and extinct. We were there at the time of Weinfest, when very busy and cozy. The owners are welcoming you and they insist you last night drinking a beer with them. Flags go literally out in the shed. Hey are nice people and they do everything to make the guests to their liking!

From the cottage in Zeil you have many options for activities in the area and further away. Must is the fortress of Coburg or visiting Nuremberg. But also for the beautiful nature Bayerse denotes good there. For the children there is much to do in the area.

We continue to receive very warmly and guided around the apartment. It looks nice and neat and it is equipped with enough stuff, you do not misunderstand. You can use the whole garden which is delicious. In the neighborhood is a great supermarket with all amenities such as bakery and butcher. In the neighborhood is sufficient to do when you are with the car and if you do not know what you want to do, there is enough space in the apartment to find what you can do. At a 5-minute walk you will find restaurant Warmuth where you can eat for a very reasonable price.

It is a beautiful, cozy holiday home with lots of well-organized information about the area and many nice books with stories, poems, sayings or songs. The town almost 100 years old, had many, nice corners and has several restaurants. If you want to meet the locals, a visit to the beer brewery is a good and pleasant tip.

We were received very kindly by the host. He gave a tour of the apartment and provided extensive information about the area and all activities that are organized there. The apartment is equipped with all conveniences such as good beds, a more than complete kitchen and even the possibility to run a laundry. We enjoyed our vacation. The host and hostess are incredibly sweet and nothing is too much, this can only be seen from the documentation folders that they have arranged per location in the area, so that you can choose where you want to go. You have all the information in one go. We are definitely going back!

Although Zeil am Main not exactly a tourist highlight is the wealth of information, by the owners, in the apartment arranged by subject, the choice to make a trip in the immediate or wider area, possible. Often you also get tips and advice if you get to talking with the friendly owners of the house who also live in the house which further has an apartment. Bamberg, Schloss Weissenstein, Coburg are highly recommended. We have fine had a good time. An environment to definitely come to return.
