- no toilet on the ground floor, but on the mezzanine, but only accessible by stairs
- too little free parking
- beds too narrow for adults (1m40 is not a double bed, but a small double)
- shower temperature difficult to regulate
- too little cutlery

+ lots of entertainment on site (pool, kicker, ...)
+ table set on arrival and a warm welcome with extensive explanation of all the facilities
+ large kitchen with professional stoves, which our chef was very happy with

Tip: remove the piano from the dining area, so that there is more space to sit in a large circle to play games or give a performance

La villa est très bien située, près de la plage et des magasins. 4 voitures peuvent se garer gratuitement le long du bâtiment et une devant l'entrée. Les espaces communs sont très grands et permettent d'accueillir sans problème 20 personnes. Le billard et le baby-foot ont fait beaucoup d'heureux. Le foyer dans la véranda ne fonctionne pas. Le piano est désaccordé. Les fauteuils sont très confortables. La maison est propre. La table est dressée à l'arrivée. Les contacts avec la propriétaire sont originaux mais très agréables et elle donne toutes les explications nécessaires. Si c'est possible en fonction des locations, elle est très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arrivée. L'accueil par son employé est très sympathique et les explications très complètes avec la visite de toutes les pièces, comptez une bonne heure. Les chambres correspondent en gros au descriptif d'internet, elles sont propres, les lits sont confortables. Les douches de certaines salles de bains ne fonctionnent pas correctement, l'eau chaude n'y arrive pas et/ou autres problèmes matériels (pas de porte, pommeau...). Dans une chambre, l'accès à la salle de bain se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, peu accessible aux personnes âgées. L'ouverture de certaines fenêtres est rendue difficile par la vétusté des boiseries. La cuisine est grande mais très peu commode! A part les frigos, l'équipement a déjà bien vécu et manque cruellement d'entretien! Les 2 fours sont petits et ne chauffent pas régulièrement. La cuisinière est réglée pour chauffer des chaudrons digne d'Astérix, impossible de régler convenablement la puissance de la flamme, d'ailleurs il n'y a que des "grandes" casseroles que les flammes lèchent jusqu'aux poignées! Comme nous cuisinons beaucoup, avec de petites sauces délicates, cela nous a beaucoup contrarié! Le lave-vaisselle industriel fonctionne sur le programme continu uniquement, sans rinçage. Le petit électro-ménager est bien présent et fonctionnel: grille-pain, percolateur, batteur....La vaisselle est en nombre suffisant. Un bar avec frigos (attention le bas des frigos n'est pas plat et les bouteilles tombent) est néanmoins très pratique. Il faut noter que les charges sont comprises dans la location (pas de chargement de voitures électriques!), ce qui est appréciable! Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine. Je recommande cette location en signalant la nécessité d'un entretien et/ou renouvellement de certains appareils dans la cuisine et au niveau des sanitaires.

The spacious hotel still has the charming appearance of yesteryear. The rooms are neat and large, the bathrooms are all right, in some rooms they were very large.

As the house used to be a hotel, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Cooking here for a large group is easy, you don't get in each other's way.

The separate veranda ensures that youngsters can do their thing without disturbing them.

The welcome was warm and professional. No comments.

Communication with the owner went very smoothly.

All this ensured that we had a wonderful team weekend.

Dear, Some comments regarding the vacation home. We have paid €300 cleaning fee. We find that, depending on the cleanliness of the holiday home, this is not justified! When leaving the house we have to pay 5 euros for the garbage bags, it is not mentioned anywhere! The house did not smell fresh at all like a cleaned room! the dust is still on the floor! The coffee pots were still black inside. Piano and billiards were not proper. Therefore, we would like to receive compensation for the cleaning costs, as we first have to clean ourselves with zen for an hour to clean it up a bit Hoping for a quick response from you, thanks to Victor Biermans

Charming but somewhat tired building. Piano is beautiful but is shaky and takes up a lot of space there. In room 10, for example, dried urine on a toilet seat and a tampon under the bed. Also in other rooms there was dirt under the bed (300 € cleaning?) Nozzles showers did not work properly everywhere. Cooling counter in bar was 1 door not okay (not even last year). No handles on cooling in the kitchen and the fan in the cooling was not very clean. We even had to pay for the garbage bags. The property could use a makeover, especially given the high rent.

The location of the accommodation is not too bad compared to the distance to the beach. A spacious house with sufficient rooms. The right part of the house did not have hot water in the bathrooms. The shower had to be done in the left part. Bags and glasses were not properly washed when we arrived. We saw this afterwards because there was not taken the time to go through this on arrival. In the kitchen there was even food (dried/rotten fruit) from the previous tenants. When we left, time was set aside for this and we were blamed for dirty glasses that we hadn't even used. Fortunately, the owner conveyed this in a friendly way, but still... A wagon with a flat tire and a grand piano in the living room where nothing could be put on are things that are better repaired or removed in my opinion. The billiard table, sjotter table and bbq set were a clear added value for a successful holiday.

We enjoyed a week with 2 families in the house of Amélie. Wonderfully spacious, everyone has a separate bedroom with bathroom. Large, cosily furnished living room with large TV and plenty of dining and sitting room furniture and grand piano. Separate leisure room with billiards and table football that was fully used, nice music center, fine .. Super spacious kitchen with lots of crockery, so that you can cook well for larger groups turn into. Nice outdoor space, with garden furniture and sun loungers. In addition, a large barbecue. Everything was clean. Just 50 meters from the beach. All shops (and bakery) within walking distance. 4 private parking spaces. De Panne is a nice town. You can also easily visit the beautiful towns of Veurne, Koksijde and Dunkirk. And the coast tram stops almost at the door. In short: highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Last weekend we had a fantastic stay with the whole family in De Panne. We were very kindly received by the owner who had completely arranged the house before our arrival. - no toilet on the ground floor, but on the mezzanine, but only accessible by stairs
- too little free parking
- beds too narrow for adults (1m40 is not a double bed, but a small double)

Last weekend we had a fantastic stay with the whole family in De Panne. We were very kindly received by the owner who had completely arranged the house before our arrival. The table was nicely set for all of us! The accommodation is close to the sea which is an absolute asset. Despite the cold outside, it was nice and warm inside in all the rooms of the house.

La villa est très bien située, près de la plage et des magasins. 4 voitures peuvent se garer gratuitement le long du bâtiment et une devant l'entrée. Les espaces communs sont très grands et permettent d'accueillir sans problème 20 personnes. Le billard et le baby-foot ont fait beaucoup d'heureux. Le foyer dans la véranda ne fonctionne pas. Le piano est désaccordé. Les fauteuils sont très confortables. La maison est propre. La table est dressée à l'arrivée. Les contacts avec la propriétaire sont originaux mais très agréables et elle donne toutes les explications nécessaires. Si c'est possible en fonction des locations, elle est très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arrivée. L'accueil par son employé est très sympathique et les explications très complètes avec la visite de toutes les pièces, comptez une bonne heure. Les chambres correspondent en gros au descriptif d'internet, elles sont propres, les lits sont confortables. Les douches de certaines salles de bains ne fonctionnent pas correctement, l'eau chaude n'y arrive pas et/ou autres problèmes matériels (pas de porte, pommeau...). Dans une chambre, l'accès à la salle de bain se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, peu accessible aux personnes âgées. L'ouverture de certaines fenêtres est rendue difficile par la vétusté des boiseries. La cuisine est grande mais très peu commode! A part les frigos, l'équipement a déjà bien vécu et manque cruellement d'entretien! Les 2 fours sont petits et ne chauffent pas régulièrement. La cuisinière est réglée pour chauffer des chaudrons digne d'Astérix, impossible de régler convenablement la puissance de la flamme, d'ailleurs il n'y a que des "grandes" casseroles que les flammes lèchent jusqu'aux poignées! Comme nous cuisinons beaucoup, avec de petites sauces délicates, cela nous a beaucoup contrarié! Le lave-vaisselle industriel fonctionne sur le programme continu uniquement, sans rinçage. Le petit électro-ménager est bien présent et fonctionnel: grille-pain, percolateur, batteur....La vaisselle est en nombre suffisant. Un bar avec frigos (attention le bas des frigos n'est pas plat et les bouteilles tombent) est néanmoins très pratique. Il faut noter que les charges sont comprises dans la location (pas de chargement de voitures électriques!), ce qui est appréciable! Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine. Je recommande cette location en signalant la nécessité d'un entretien et/ou renouvellement de certains appareils dans la cuisine et au niveau des sanitaires.

Dear, Some comments regarding the vacation home. We have paid €300 cleaning fee. We find that, depending on the cleanliness of the holiday home, this is not justified! When leaving the house we have to pay 5 euros for the garbage bags, it is not mentioned anywhere! The house did not smell fresh at all like a cleaned room! the dust is still on the floor! The coffee pots were still black inside. Piano and billiards were not proper. Charming but somewhat tired building. Piano is beautiful but is shaky and takes up a lot of space there. In room 10, for example, dried urine on a toilet seat and a tampon under the bed. Also in other rooms there was dirt under the bed (300 € cleaning?) Nozzles showers did not work properly everywhere. Cooling counter in bar was 1 door not okay (not even last year). No handles on cooling in the kitchen and the fan in the cooling was not very clean. We even had to pay for the garbage bags. The property could use a makeover, especially given the high rent.

The location of the accommodation is not too bad compared to the distance to the beach. A spacious house with sufficient rooms. The right part of the house did not have hot water in the bathrooms. The shower had to be done in the left part. Bags and glasses were not properly washed when we arrived. We saw this afterwards because there was not taken the time to go through this on arrival. In the kitchen there was even food (dried/rotten fruit) from the previous tenants. When we left, time was set aside for this and we were blamed for dirty glasses that we hadn't even used. Fortunately, the owner conveyed this in a friendly way, but still... A wagon with a flat tire and a grand piano in the living room where nothing could be put on are things that are better repaired or removed in my opinion. The billiard table, sjotter table and bbq set were a clear added value for a successful holiday.

We enjoyed a week with 2 families in the house of Amélie. Wonderfully spacious, everyone has a separate bedroom with bathroom. Large, cosily furnished living room with large TV and plenty of dining and sitting room furniture and grand piano. Separate leisure room with billiards and table football that was fully used, nice music center, fine .. Super spacious kitchen with lots of crockery, so that you can cook well for larger groups turn into. Nice outdoor space, with garden furniture and sun loungers. In addition, a large barbecue. Everything was clean. Just 50 meters from the beach. All shops (and bakery) within walking distance. 4 private parking spaces. De Panne is a nice town. You can also easily visit the beautiful towns of Veurne, Koksijde and Dunkirk. And the coast tram stops almost at the door. In short: highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
