Our stay was charming! The house had everything we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised by the space. The hosts were very welcoming, which made us feel at home.

We really had fun here! The house was clean and spacious, perfect for our group of friends. The sauna made the evenings very enjoyable. Also, the nearby caves were a hit! The only thing I would say is that the heating took a while to start, but it was fine once it did.

What a charming retreat! The chalet is located in a serene part of La Roche-en-Ardenne, perfect for relaxing. The sauna was a fantastic addition after a day of hiking. I highly recommend it!

What a gem! The place was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The sauna was a real bonus after walking all day. I would definitely return for another relaxing getaway!

Cosy house located near La Roche, ideal for groups of friends or 1 family with up to 4 kids. Nice living area and patio outside. Sauna is a plus. Plenty of space to park in front of the house

Staying in the middle of nature, what else does a person need?

Quiet location, beautiful environment. The house is certainly spacious enough for 5 people. Only the seat in the seating area is not really comfortable.

the cottage is very nice and offers a beautiful view. It presents all the necessary comfort. For our part, the sauna is a big advantage of this rental. On the negative side, it is not possible to adjust the radiators, which operate continuously at maximum, generating unnecessary electricity costs. On the other hand, the amount of 70 € requested for cleaning is excessive and does not correspond to the state of cleanliness of the cottage on arrival. For these 2 aspects, I find that the total price of the rental is slightly too high.

House looked nice and sufficient stuff present. However, the cleaning was very poor, cobwebs everywhere and many stains on eg the kitchen cabinets. 70 euros cleaning? The living room was very warm, we thought that this was due to the high outside temperature but later turned out to be the heating that was on while the thermostat was off? 2x call and 1x mail but nobody seen? And that while you have to pay for electricity yourself! Environment is beautiful and quiet. (if the neighbors keep it that way)

We found the reception very impersonal! No one has heard or seen anyone! Accommodation was very nice and t was still very quiet in the park! The house was equipped with enough pots and pans only one frying pan was missing! Ardennes is beautiful and La Roche a beautiful place! Too bad that the accommodation is 2.5 km from the center! The car must really be used for everything! Furthermore, definitely no place for disabled road to t park is very style!

We went to a motorcycle meeting (HOG) in La Roche. The house was nicely situated nearby. Because we were on the bike we had nothing with us so we could not cook yet to make coffee or whatever. Everything was there to be able to do that.

The accommodation was very good but there were a few niggles, such as missing light bulbs, the damaged shower hoses and the damaged fridge door. The 70 € cleaning charge is excessive, especially as the cleaning wasn't that good. The kitchen was well equipped with good cutlery and crockery, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The surroundings are lovely and our stay was very pleasant. A very big plus point is the fantastic sauna and the terreace.

The house and location were certainly fine. Beautiful area. Cleaning slightly less (crockery and cutlery were dirty). Moreover, there were a lot of things that have stood in the inventory check. Reception was closed during our stay so we could not report it. Furthermore, everything is fine, definitely recommended.

Had a peaceful holiday. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful village with many amenities and shops nearby. Sauna adjacent to the kitchen / living room is a little too low to be easily seated. Exhale on the terrace was fine because it was very quiet, otherwise you might be interesting for other people visible. Each cottage has a sauna so you will not be surprised. Hostess speaks only French, but there's all sorts of information is also available in Dutch.
